My friends told me to do it myself and save some money, but just the thought of the anxiety it would give me, put me off. Especially because if I did it, and it came out crooked, I'd have to look at it everyday. I couldn't handle that. But then one day, when the frames (Crate & Barrel) I wanted were on sale, I was spurred with motivation to just get it done. I hopped on Thumbtack, and sought out a professional. It was there I found HandyDux. Larry responded promptly and happened to be available to come do the work the very next day. While Larry didn't have the most reviews, he's had glowing reviews, which told me that he's detailed oriented and knew what he was doing. Larry came by and he was a DELIGHT. He was friendly, personable and simply a pro. He took time to measure out each frame individually and used a laser leveler to ensure the frames were level to the millimeter. I now have 21 frames hung in my home and they are SPOT ON. I would recommend Larry to anyone and everyone for framing needs. Larry's on my speed dial! I was looking for people with greater experience than Best Buy. Mark got back to me very quickly and we arranged to have Karl visit us for a consultation. Karl listened to all the details of what I wanted in my setup, offering plenty of feedback on what I might expect and need. (He also took a look at my network closet, but I chose not to do anything with it.) By the end, we had probably spent an hour or more together and I got an excellent plan that we decided to go with. When my TV came in, Karl offered to come over ASAP to do the work. He showed up right on time, bringing Jeff along to do the job. They created an entirely clean setup for me, with wires running through the wall, and were able to install electricity and relocate networking cables to accommodate the mounting location. They walked me through the physical setup and the TV settings I would need to consider. During the review of the TV, *they* found a flaw in the screen and immediately let me know that they would handle getting a replacement and be back as soon as it came in. They just completed that work for me today and we went through the same review. Karl and Jeff were both great guys. (We talked horror movies and the quality of blacks in the new tech.) And something more I appreciated: they wore masks while in the house, removed their shoes when they came in, and left my house clean. I will be calling these guys again when I need something done. I trust what they tell me and they deliver on what they say.

How hard could it really be??! Anyway, they finally figured it out & I was on my way. I would definitely go back if I needed something from there. They were following social distancing guidelines.
