When we were looking for someone who actually knew how to maintain a saltwater hot tub and an above-ground pool, it was surprisingly hard to find -- and they knew exactly what they were doing. One thing I really appreciate is their communication. They text about 30 minutes before arriving, and we usually get the same technician, which I love because he already knows our setup. When they finish, the pool water always looks crystal clear -- that satisfying "sparkling blue" moment when you walk outside. They're also very organized. After each visit they send a report with a photo of the pool and detailed notes on the chemicals and everything they checked, which I really appreciate. One thing to know: they won't remove items from the pool unless you specifically ask. My daughter once left some pool toys in there and I assumed they might grab them, but the technician explained they leave anything in the pool alone in case the homeowner placed it there intentionally. Totally understandable -- just something to be aware of. The owners are very responsive as well. We had an issue once and they actually came out themselves to help resolve it quickly. They're consistently on time, and the one time our tech was sick he texted to let me know he'd be out the next day. Helpful tip: if you want anything removed from the pool (toys, floats, etc.), just let them know ahead of time. read more

Lazy workers and careless ownership. The workers didn't clean our pool after telling us it was "full service". They refused to get rocksand debris out of the pool for 2 weeks even when calling management he never sent workers back. I cleaned the pool myself and got the pool cleaned out in a jiffy with little to no effort. Took me a month to get to it but why pay a lazy pool company to take your money and leave your pool dirty? read more

Underwhelming service since the start. The owner met me at the property back in May. We discussed the goals of maintaining the hot tub and my expectations. I was convinced the service would be satisfactory at a minimum. He told me my hot tub cover was too heavy and that he would send me options for getting it replaced. He also mentioned I would get a text every time they cleaned it with a photo of the hot tub being clean. I was excited. Their employee who showed up would come over, quickly add chemicals and leave. Never checked the filters, never cleaned the tub of debris and I never got photos of a clean hot tub. I messaged the owner many times about filters, and proper cleaning, ensuring it would get taken care of. Oh, and it's Dec 1 and the owner still hasn't sent me options for a new hot tub cover. Today they drained the hot tub not paying attention to the water draining out which flooded my garage. I will not recommend this company to anyone. read more

Ken was able to determine the issue and fixed it promptly. Wish my experience was better. Spoke to the manager about an equipment problem a few days ago. He was friendly and I was hopeful. He told me the tech (James) could come out to my home Thursday or Friday. Thursday, no tech, text or vm. i called the mgr Friday am. He apologized that he "misplaced/lost" my phone number but was going to try to contact James to come out that day (Friday). After a few hours I talked to the friendly mgr again and asked if James could please text me with an ETA since i had errands and didnt want to miss him...
