Before beginning the new installation, he took the time to identify for me all the old and unmarked water and electrical lines in the area. if there was a. better way to do something, he discussed it with me. And, when he and his worker came with the new equipment, they had it all installed in a day. The end result is so much better than what was there before. Lights, slide, jets, all work great. It is uncommon these days to find someone who will try to help you like this. His advice did help, and I was able to get my pool sweep working. I have to say, I was very impressed by how personable and knowledgeable Jeff and his staff were. I've used a few different pool companies over the years, but this is the best customer service I received yet.

However your excuse of being unable to fix the issue is insufficient. On the initial service it was clearly stated which parts were replaced and the reasoning was communicated to the serviceman. If anything it should've helped the diagnosis as the heater had multiple problems that I replaced. Jandy did not troubleshoot with the technician during the visit. The service call went past 5 and the technician said they were closed. He said he would email them and get back to me which he didn't until I reached out to him. Transformer was melted and shorted the board which was replaced. Igniter and sensor was broken and was replaced. I don't think replacing these obvious issues should throw off your diagnostics. If anything if these things weren't replaced it would've caused a longer diagnostic process, multiple service calls and delay waiting for parts. It got to a point where I ran out of ideas and that's why I relied on your 15 years of expertise and was disappointed with the outcome, especially since the issue was something fixable

Wow! My older pool filter unit was leaking from the exhaust outlet on the filter compartment. And…read morethe lines had a lot of air in them as evident from the floating pool sweep and the air coming out every morning at start up. I was thinking a replacement of the entire filter system was in order. Called NPS to take a look, and had to set up an appointment. Nelson from NPS inspected the system and ran the filter. I was out of town at the moment, and he called me and gave me some great advice. He agreed it was old system, but wanted me to troubleshoot a couple of things before deciding to replace. Even though the replacement price seemed reasonable to me. I got home from vacation, followed Nelson's instructions. After removing the filters and testing the pressure without the filters, I decided to buy new filters myself and replace. Runs great! No replacement of the system needed. The trip to diagnose was free and didn't cost me a thing for NPS. They didn't try to sell me something I thought I needed. They were only interested in finding the cause of the issue and letting me know what should be done. I still have an older filter system, but it is running great. Tommy was very professional. Listed options on plumbing and went with unions vs hard gluing 2" PVC schedule 40 connections. So if pump were to have issues in future no more cutting pipes. Just loosened and swap in the new pump. Tommy worked digitally and had it in just under 2 hours and helped me set optimized pump program settings on mobile app. He painted the white PvC pipe so that the suns PVC don't harm the pipe. I would highly recommend Dynamic pools for installing bare pool pump. Price was fair and install was smooth without any hitches. 5 stars

I had been using Dynamic Pools for regular pool maintenance since September 2023 and had never…read moreexperienced any issues with the technician who serviced my pool. For over two and a half years, routine visits went smoothly and I was a satisfied customer. Unfortunately, my experience with the owner, Edward, when a problem occurred completely changed my opinion of the company. During a recent service visit, the technician used a hose to clean the pool filter. This same hose had been used during previous visits without any issues. However, when he went to turn the water on, the handle broke with light pressure. Edward later came to my home to try to fix the issue himself but was unable to repair it. At that point he suggested that I either call a plumber or use his handyman. His handyman also told me that the repair cost would be covered. Because the water to my house had to be shut off for the entire day, I needed the problem resolved as soon as possible. A plumbing company was able to come sooner than the handyman, so I had them complete the repair. The total cost ended up being about $500. When I sent the invoice to Edward, his response was immediately defensive. He stated that he was not going to pay for the repair and began bringing up unrelated examples instead of addressing what had actually happened. In an effort to resolve the situation fairly, I even offered to split the repair cost with him, but he refused that as well. Edward repeatedly claimed the handle broke because it was plastic and "bound to break eventually." However, this same hose had been used during past service visits without issue, and I had never been told that the part was fragile or at risk of breaking. If a component used during routine service is known to be fragile or near failure, that would be important information to communicate to a homeowner before it breaks during service. Mistakes can happen in any service industry. What matters is how they are handled. Instead of working toward a reasonable solution, the situation was dismissed and no responsibility was taken. After being a loyal customer since September 2023, it was disappointing to see how quickly the tone changed when a problem occurred. When you hire a professional service company, you expect them to stand behind their work if something goes wrong. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. Situations like this are important for homeowners to be aware of, because they show how issues may be handled if something goes wrong during a service visit. Because of how this situation was handled, I will be finding a different pool service moving forward.
