    Cherry Vanilla Matcha Latte

Capital One Café is a great place to recharge and get a drink. They have plenty of seating and outlets, wifi, and a welcoming space to get work done. I tried out their seasonal drink, the cherry vanilla matcha latte, and it was delicious. Capital One cardholders get 50% off all drinks, so if you have a card, it's a really good price.

Tip: 3 hour validated parking during the week in the South Lincoln Garage only This place offers a very nice space to work. It had tables and conference room. The drinks are pretty good since the cafe uses Verve coffee. I like the seasonal drinks, like Cinnamon Maple Latte (hot) . Definitely recommend this cafe. It's worth it to buy a drink just for the validated parking alone.

I've always wondered who is going to need that until I did, it's a fantastic idea. Plenty of tables to find a workspace, either downstairs or upstairs. They even have closed off mini offices, but I assume you have to reserve those? At least all of them were taken the complete time I was there. The space is light, bright and airy and it wasn't too loud. The cafe downstairs offers great drinks (50% off if you are a capital one customer) and even some snacks. They got water, juice etc for sale, so you can take advantage of a flexible space to get some work done. There is staff from Capital One that can help with account questions etc, I didn't have time to do that (work called lol)... but I might do that down the road. They validate for 3h at the garage downstairs also, so easy to get it and out.

Free drink Mondays! Valid 8/11-9/22 with pass. Sign up is easy. OPEN FOR EVERYONE, you DON'T have to be a capital one customer. Parking (5/5): 3 hours free with validation Service (5/5): drinks came out a minute after ordering! Ambience (5/5): lots of seating and rooms available to book. Drinks: - strawberry cold foam matcha (5/5). I subbed with soy milk and I loved the taste. It came out to like $10 but if you have Capital One or Discover perks, it's 50% off or free Mondays with coupon. - cappuccino subbed with oat milk (4/5). Came in a paper cup, so a point off for presentation

Conveniently located near the downtown Bellevue park and they seem to always run deals for cap one customers. We tried their handcrafted coffees not a huge fan, I'd go for a cappuccino next time, but can't complain given that these were free drinks. Great service, clean place with plenty of tables and bathrooms available.

Overall: Capital One Cafe is great for a lot of reasons. The drinks are made well, and often have some type of promotion that make them cheaper. The interior is very well suited to get work done or meet up with others. Food: The drinks here are pretty good, but combine that with the promotions or discounts that you can get through Capital One, and it becomes even better. For the price point, the quality of drink that you are getting is a great deal. Service: The service is good, there usually aren't too many people inside so the wait isn't too long. The drinks come out relatively quickly. Ambiance: This is a calm sit-down environment. Plenty of seating inside and some more private meeting areas.

IT'S A BANK, IT'S A CAFE! and a very good one. Really nice modern decor inside. Plenty of places to sit down and relax with the coffee drink of your choice. The coffee itself is excellent and provided by Verve Coffee Roasters The (Bank) features a full barista bar with any kind of coffees drink you desire. Use your Capital One credit card and get 50% off! WOW! Of course there is free WiFi too! This was my first time visiting one and the barista made me a delicious cappuccino with a heart on top of the frothy milk! They also put out a tray of FREE MACAROONS! OMG. Doesn't get better than THAT! I will definitely go back, and of course, I'll bring my Cap One CC! Cheers!.

This cafe has a lot of seating! If you want to meet up with friends, study, or work this is multifunctional! They even have rooms you can reserve if you want some privacy or a quiet environment! The coffee is cafe verve and is good! The sauces are mixed in house and make the flavors really stand out! I was even impressed with mocha and pumpkin spice latte! The cafe was running a promotion and service was a bit backed up, but the staff were nice and drinks were great!

I enjoy coming to this location with my parent. Quick to order, consistent drinks and lots of space to sit. Always clean and good price!

Lots of space, drinks are fairly consistent and priced well if you have a capital one card.

Just got a tea and a matcha, service was quick and friendly. Space was super clean and bright, plenty of people working quietly on their computers and such.

Located in the relatively new Lincoln Square South, this location of Capital One's numerous cafés is an open-concept, industrial-chic, modern space serving up Verve coffee and other assorted drinks and food items, along with various amenities such as free WiFi, lots of tables and chairs, and employees on-site to have a banking conversation if you're interested. I stopped into the Café at around 10:15am on a Tuesday (they open at 10am), and it was about half-full. They immediately took my order of a 12oz drip coffee (usually $4.25, but I had a free drink coupon), and it was ready within 30 seconds. They also have all the other typical beverage options of any other café (e.g. lattes, mochas, teas, etc.), as well as some specialty items (cinnamon ginger latte, anyone?), and they have baked items as well as some lighter breakfast options. Cardholders get half off all handcrafted beverages when paying with their Capital One debit/credit card, which is also an added bonus (otherwise, prices are pretty on-par with a standard coffee shop in the Bellevue area). My coffee was standard, nothing special - it tasted a bit burnt, but it's sourced from Verve Coffee Roasters (Roast Magazine's Roaster of the Year in 2024), so it's definitely not bad! The space is airy and bright, with two floors and lots of natural light streaming in from floor-to-ceiling windows. This was a great space to work for a couple of hours, complete with numerous charging stations. Even half-full, the ambiance was quiet and calm, and I was able to get a lot done. Overall, even if you don't bank with Capital One, this is a quiet café space with decent coffee, and I would certainly recommend it!

Grabbed a latte while hanging out in Bellevue. I didn't know that this place existed. When I heard that cardholders get a pretty big discount, I gave it a try. The drink was pretty good even though I don't like coffee. The ambiance was nice as well. It was a mix of corporate bank and generic modern cafe but that was totally fine. It was spacious and clean, which is what matters most I think. Tons of seating options too. The service was quick and polite too!

Ask the Community - Capital One Café

Is it possible to open a bank account here in person?

    CD rates

Is there Capital One ATM inside this cafe?

Of course, yes! At the end of the day this is a banking center.

How loud is the music here vs Starbucks?

It's about the same as Starbucks. Because the place is huge, the sound reverberates around the space, making it sound louder at times. You definitely need noise-cancellation headphones.

Food & drink: (5/5) I got the ube s'more float and my partner got the Thai tea with cream. The float consists of Thai tea on the bottom, ube and tea soft serve on top, and ube marshmallow around the rim. It was my first time ever having OMO and my first time having ube and Thai tea together so I was very intrigued. Needless to say, they made a very good combo. I would describe the flavor as kind of earthy from the tea and custard-like from the ube. The marshmallow was pleasant for the first couple bites but by the end was a little too sweet. I got a sip of my partner's drink and it was also very good, though I can't say that I prefer it over a regular Thai tea without the additional cream. I'm hoping to come back to try the kaya toast and ube hot chocolate. Service: (5/5) We came in a rush at about 7:40pm because we were scared of a potential last call but they actually accepted orders until the very last minute. It's a very small store with only a front counter and one kiosk, and you wait in a line outside. It's definitely a different system compared to most places but they make great use out of their space. There was one worker very efficiently guiding the line and several others behind the counter, making drinks pretty fast.

I absolutely loved the tea flavor, It's strong, floral, and fragrant, something you don't often see. The whipped cream was light, airy, and had a subtle jasmine flavor that really elevated the drink as a whole. I was worried it would be overrated and overpriced, but you can definitely taste the quality difference in the ingredients they use. The drinks alone are honestly a 5/5 for me. One thing that did rub me the wrong way was the service. Despite coming in on a fairly quiet day, there were a few staff members who (in my opinion) acted a bit disrespectful towards other customers. When you come into the store, there's a big order sign at the front of the booth, so most would assume to order from there. On the other side of the store though are two kiosks which make ordering simpler, so I guess they weren't using the actual order booth. I noticed that a line of customers had formed at the order booth but none of the staff were really interacting with them or telling them to use the kiosk instead. They were all kinda just chatting with one another and only alerted them about the kiosk once a customer asked for their attention. Not the most efficient process or positive interaction in my opinion. Despite all that though, the tea is definitely good enough for me to come back.

Parking ended up being a bit of a walk, which had me second-guessing the decision at first--but I'm glad I stuck with it. The moment I walked in, the space felt thoughtfully designed. The flow of the café is one of the best I've experienced--open, comfortable, and easy to navigate. As soon as the door opened, the barista greeted me right away. The counter is positioned close enough that you don't feel awkward hovering like in some cafés where the bar feels miles away. It immediately felt welcoming. I visited on a weekend during a slower period, but since the café sits right next to a college, I can imagine the line spilling out the door during peak hours. At quieter times though, the layout works well--there's enough space for a couple people to wait without crowding the entrance. I ordered a cortado and an almond croissant. The croissant came warmed, and the texture was spot on: fluffy, layered, and not overly greasy. The almond filling had a really nice balance--nutty with just enough sweetness and a hint of salt to round it out. I was told the pastries are made in-house, and it definitely shows. It tasted like something made with care. The cortado itself was solid--pretty classic, nothing overly fancy. One thoughtful touch I appreciated was that it came with sparkling water, which was great for cleansing the palate. The space itself is fairly spacious and works well if you want a quiet moment to sip your coffee. That said, most of the seating is high stools, so it doesn't really feel like the type of place to settle in and study for hours. Overall, I really enjoyed the atmosphere, service, and quality of the food. The one thing that caught me off guard was the price of the croissant at $6.50. It tasted great and I understand prices in this area tend to run higher, especially for house-made pastries--but it's a bit outside what I'd usually spend. So while I definitely think it's good, it might not become a regular stop for me simply due to location and budget. Still, a great find and a pleasant surprise during a routine coffee run.
