Capital One nailed the experience, spacious lounge with distinct areas and rooms, so it never feels crowded or chaotic. The menu stands out with genuinely diverse, authentic food and drink options, not the usual airport filler. The to go bag was a nice touch that actually sticks with you. Staff was attentive without being overbearing.

I arrived at the airport and decided to visit the Capital One Lounge in Terminal D. The lounge is nice and roomy. They had showers and relaxation rooms. I grabbed a few bites and some snacks. I had brisket, cowboy caviar, hummus, deviled egg, and their banana pudding. The food was delicious and I was able to take some snacks to go. The employees were very friendly and helpful. A great place to relax before departing on your flight.

Conveniently located in terminal D. Easy to access to the elevator. The staff are very warm and welcoming. There's a lot of choices here. Plenty of comfortable seating lots of options of food and beverages. It's very quiet inside with a nice view of the airfield.

The Capital One Lounge at the Dallas airport truly exceeded my expectations. The service was amazing from start to finish. Staff walked around often to clean up, refresh stations, and make sure guests had everything they needed. In the evening they even hosted a champagne hour which made the experience feel extra special. The drinks at the bar were delicious, especially the espresso martini. The bartenders really know what they are doing and everything tasted balanced and well made. One of my favorite parts was the grab and go section. If you ask for a bag, they happily give you one so you can take items with you before your flight. They offer sandwiches, wraps, yogurts, salads, trail mix, water, and other snacks. We grabbed a couple of things before heading to our gate and it was super convenient. The lounge itself is clean, spacious, and modern. They also have a small gym area along with yoga and meditation spaces. Showers and nap rooms are available with reservations which is perfect for long layovers. Overall, this is one of the best airport lounges I have been to. The combination of great service, excellent food and drinks, and all the extra amenities makes it an easy five stars. Highly recommend stopping by if you are flying through DFW.

The food at this Capital One club is delicious. It has a welcoming layout and a pleasant design. I had the BBQ on grits and had to have a second. There were also some fun desserts which finished the meal. There are small tapas but you have plenty to choose from. This is even better that they have a beef dish since most clubs are chicken only. There was no wait to get in.

The best lounge in DFW for sure. Service was amazing and food was fresh and replenished constantly. they even encourage to go bags!

My selection of snacks, to enjoy here and to go!

Great ambiance, super cute and tasty food selection and the people who work here are on top of replenishing and cleaning up for the abundance of passengers/ what a fantastic experience. The lounge design is very cool as well with a large window overlooking the planes and traffic: which make waiting and watching planes take off such a pleasure! Salud!

I always love stopping at the Capital One Lounge during a layover or before a flight. The lounge is spacious, modern, and moody. There's plenty of seating and large windows overlooking the tarmac. The menu rotates seasonally, but all the offerings have some Texas flair! Whether you're grabbing something to go, sitting down for a warm meal, or cozying up to the bar for a signature cocktail, you'll leave satisfied! The lounge attendants are welcoming and attentive, helping you get the most out every visit.

This burnt ends with cheesy grits was Phenominal!!

I'm incredibly impressed by this lounge! I'm an Amex, Centurion lounge user but have used the Capital One lounge for my last 3 or4 trips and I've been very impressed. This lounge specifically is clean, comfortable, and the staff is incredible. Specifically Dante was very nice and made everyone feel welcomed and brig hot Ed the entire room. If you are flying through find time to stop in the lounge. PS: Alan is the man behind the bar!!

The lounge is located near Gate D22. This lovely space is organized, good lighting, and modern decorations! A guest would check in at the desk to show a boarding pass and CapitalOne venture card to access the lounge. The staff is very personable and the team is quick to refill dishes and desserts along with tidy up food area. Staff usually pass out complimentary chocolate and politely ask that guests give their feedback via a quick digital survey. I have visited many times throughout the years and CP1 Lounge team has always giving good vibes and 5 stars service! Kudos to them!

This is a beautiful and large lounge at DFW. They get busy and often have a waitlist which is easy to join in the Capital one app. There's tons of food offerings and it's hit or miss. I really liked the caprese salad and the miso butter and jelly sandwich. Both were really fresh and flavorful. Smoothie parfait and Mac n cheese were kind of bland and flavorless. I got an oat milk latte with vanilla and caramel and it was yummy. There's tons of drink options too. They have a treat area with trail mix type mixes which were really good for the flight. Overall a great lounge and experience.

Will return. This is the first of CO lounge. When we first got here a little after 11am, it was a ZOO. People are everywhere, from the entrance to the checking in counter. We left for the centurion lounge. Before boarding, we came in, because the entrance was empty. We even found a cozy corner. It's facing a runway - learnt a lot for the short few minutes that smaller jet takes off earlier - duh ha ha ha. Food is better than Amex's - hope this comment won't get me in trouble, to have my post removed.

I am really happy to be a Capital One Venture X card holder. In addition to the ability to use Capital One Lounges where available, we can use Priority Pass Lounges around the world. This Capital One Lounge is near Gate D22. At the Dallas Fort Worth airport, there's a good Skylink system so my flight is from E gates and I can still use the lounge without going through security again. This visit they had a wait and they were well organized about texting us. I had to wait only 5 minutes. Food is bite sized and a lot of variety. They encourage carry out which I think is awesome. Good service and a nice bar. My fav is the Tailwind lager. They have other local brews as well. Comfortable seating and power points. I think DFW was the first one, so it looks a bit older than the fresh look of the lounge at Washington Dulles. Of course I will be back.

I can only assume many of those visits were later in the day when the airport is significantly busier, because my experience was the complete opposite. I had a little under an hour in the lounge with a flight arriving at 7:25am and departing at 8:50am. There was no line to check in and we were granted immediate access. Located in Terminal D across from Gate D12, guests must present their AMEX card and boarding pass for entry. The cardholder receives complimentary access, while additional adult guests are $50 and children are $30 each. If you spend more than $75K annually on your AMEX card, you receive two complimentary guest passes. Personally, I do not think paid guest access is worth it for a short layover, but I can definitely see the value during a longer one. The lounge itself is quite large, though maybe not large enough for a busy airport like Dallas considering the number of reviews mentioning wait times. During my visit, however, while there were plenty of people, there were still a few spare seating options available. Their lounge had a good variety of booths, dining tables, lounge chairs, workspaces, and even small private office areas for calls or meetings. The entire space felt clean and organized. The food was continuously replenished and stayed fresh throughout my visit, though nothing was particularly spectacular. It reminded me a lot of the complimentary breakfast at a Hyatt or Hilton. Still, it was absolutely appreciated after an early flight on an empty stomach. I did enjoy that they offered healthier options including fresh fruit, fresh pressed juices, and wellness shots. I also noticed staff regularly cleaning tables between guests, and the bar area seemed popular with travelers enjoying complimentary morning cocktails. The bathrooms were clean, modern, and had full privacy doors with no awkward gaps, which is an upgrade from the typical airport bathrooms. Overall, I had a good experience and would absolutely return during future travels through DFW.

I never understood why in the world you'd want to book a suite just for a layover, like why?…read more WELL, here's why. Long layovers are only fun if you're lounge hopping or shopping around and walking around the airport. It's all fun and games until all you want to do is take a nice nap when it's well past the hours of the night and your flight is not until the next morning. It's too short of a layover to book a hotel room but also too long to be not curled up in a blanket in a private space to catch some zz's. Thanks to Priority Pass, we decided to give these guys a try and we're so happy we did. Me and my husband each had 1 hour for free so we were able to book 2 free hours of nap time! We split it up pretty evenly where we got our first couple of hours walking around the airport and moving our legs/working in our computers. And then, when it was about 2am, we went to our Minute Suite and spent 2 wonderful hours napping in quiet. What I loved about the experience is you get pillows and blankets and can really enjoy a dark, private and quiet space even with dimmable lights and white noise if you need. If you prefer to work or watch TV that's also available. Overall pretty awesome experience, the only thing is I think they were doing some work at the airport and you could hear everything so maybe having some kind of a sound proof would be awesome. The couch had a bit of a wear and tear but it's fine we just covered it up with extra blankets. All in all, amazing experience! If they provided sanitizing wipes to make you feel like it's super clean after the last guest this would be even better. Otherwise, 10/10 would recommend and from now on, I'll be sure to book these especially during long overnight layovers.

Located in Terminal E, it occupies a rather small footprint at gate E6. The entrance is easy- simply scan your boarding pass. This time around we were flying Air Canada which is a Star Alliance Partner. The morning we arrived, the lounge was maybe 40% full, but got progressively more crowded as the morning rolled on. The lounge area itself has lots of different seating configurations. Tables, cushy work stations or high seats that you can use as standing workspaces, are all available. Every seat has access to power outlets and USB ports for easy charging. They also have United Club WiFi that's easy to connect to- not fussy with passwords and such. The food assortment was great for such a small lounge. I took advantage of all the fresh fruits (which was excellent quality) and helped myself to the oatmeal bar where I added lots of fresh fruits and nuts. I also had a hashbrown which was awful (the frozen and reheated kind), but was salvaged by its accompanying salsa, which was good. My used plate and bowl was picked up quickly after I was done, so I would say the service is prompt and attentive. Bathrooms were clean. They have Men's and Women's restrooms as well as an accessible gender neutral restroom. Seeing as most of the patrons in this lounge seemed to be business travelers. It was rather calm and peaceful for the amount of people in there. No loud or screaming children which is always a plus when you'd looking for a respite from the hectic airport. Overall, this is a pretty good lounge, especially for its small size. I would wonder how the dynamic would change during busier times, but when I visited, I was pleasantly surprised at how good the overall experience was.

United Lounge - E7 (DFW Airport)…read more At United Airlines, your first interaction with a staff, gives you a sense of how your experience will be. As I walked in to the lounge I was greeted by two ladies with genuine big smiles. I scanned my boarding pass and mentioned, "I am SilverKris Gold member." Singapore Air partnered with United to provide additional elevated travel services. Both ladies were very knowledgeable about the partnership and they asked, "Can we see your SilverKris Gold Card? We need to put it in manually in our system to check you in complimentary." After they checked me in, I went inside the lounge to find a comfortable seat and get breakfast. For 06:00, it was extremely busy and hardly any seats available. Compared to other United Lounges I've visited, this one is comparatively small. After finding my seat, I headed for the breakfast bar. The selection was ok, not great. They offer two trays of hot items, potatoes, bacon and egg bites. A selection of breads, condiments and fruits. A multi functional coffee machines. They had a separate spot for additional fruit area and the tangerines were really old and should have been thrown out. The plates, utensils, coffee mugs and tables were all dirty. Sure, they cleaned it periodically. But, despite all the staff being friendly, It didn't feel comfortable staying at a lounge for $59/person. The staff could have done better job at keeping the lounge clean. At one point, I ordered club soda from the bar and the lady poured it in a glass. When I went to sit back at my chair and take a sip, the glass had a big coffee stain. I've traveled through this lounge several times prior and I had a much better experience with both it being busy and not so busy. I'm not sure what happened this time with the cleaning crew. Overall, it was a good experience. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Despite being busy or not, facilities should have more staff to keep it clean. This is a privilege lounge to those paying $59 per visit, per person. It goes without saying that facilities should be pleasant to each guest.
