Love that these are still available for us to use. Thank you USO! Small but mighty location and centrally located near the food court and restrooms. Cell Phone charging station Electrical device charging outlets located around the space. Snacks and drinks including coffee soda, water, snack bars etc. Microwave 5 nice soft chairs to relax and several of those in-law type chairs, you know the ones that you can sit on but are t comfortable enough to make you want to stay for long periods of time lol Snacks, coffee, drinks, seating to relax and comfortable chairs to grab a quick snooze during layovers. Bonus, I would get to hang with other Veterans and Mil Spouses

Now reading reviews post visit, I was surprised to see so many people expressing dissatisfaction…read morewith this lounge due to wait times for access, limited bathrooms, and stacked dishes at vacant tables. I can only assume many of those visits were later in the day when the airport is significantly busier, because my experience was the complete opposite. I had a little under an hour in the lounge with a flight arriving at 7:25am and departing at 8:50am. There was no line to check in and we were granted immediate access. Located in Terminal D across from Gate D12, guests must present their AMEX card and boarding pass for entry. The cardholder receives complimentary access, while additional adult guests are $50 and children are $30 each. If you spend more than $75K annually on your AMEX card, you receive two complimentary guest passes. Personally, I do not think paid guest access is worth it for a short layover, but I can definitely see the value during a longer one. The lounge itself is quite large, though maybe not large enough for a busy airport like Dallas considering the number of reviews mentioning wait times. During my visit, however, while there were plenty of people, there were still a few spare seating options available. Their lounge had a good variety of booths, dining tables, lounge chairs, workspaces, and even small private office areas for calls or meetings. The entire space felt clean and organized. The food was continuously replenished and stayed fresh throughout my visit, though nothing was particularly spectacular. It reminded me a lot of the complimentary breakfast at a Hyatt or Hilton. Still, it was absolutely appreciated after an early flight on an empty stomach. I did enjoy that they offered healthier options including fresh fruit, fresh pressed juices, and wellness shots. I also noticed staff regularly cleaning tables between guests, and the bar area seemed popular with travelers enjoying complimentary morning cocktails. The bathrooms were clean, modern, and had full privacy doors with no awkward gaps, which is an upgrade from the typical airport bathrooms. Overall, I had a good experience and would absolutely return during future travels through DFW.

This was the first. Centurion lounge we ever tried - other are fantastic- this one not so much!…read more On our outbound trip it was so crazy with no crowd control unlike places like Denver or Houston which staggers flow - and the lines were ridiculous for food , drinks and the restrooms so we just left . Then on the way back it opens at 5:30 but is not really functional until an hour later so other than some luke warm and frankly terrible coffee, a few pieces of and some stale pastries - it's not really full service until an hour later so fresh off a red eye - we left and went to Starbucks! Ladies on the front desk were lovely but it's not the flagship that it used to be !

I never understood why in the world you'd want to book a suite just for a layover, like why?…read more WELL, here's why. Long layovers are only fun if you're lounge hopping or shopping around and walking around the airport. It's all fun and games until all you want to do is take a nice nap when it's well past the hours of the night and your flight is not until the next morning. It's too short of a layover to book a hotel room but also too long to be not curled up in a blanket in a private space to catch some zz's. Thanks to Priority Pass, we decided to give these guys a try and we're so happy we did. Me and my husband each had 1 hour for free so we were able to book 2 free hours of nap time! We split it up pretty evenly where we got our first couple of hours walking around the airport and moving our legs/working in our computers. And then, when it was about 2am, we went to our Minute Suite and spent 2 wonderful hours napping in quiet. What I loved about the experience is you get pillows and blankets and can really enjoy a dark, private and quiet space even with dimmable lights and white noise if you need. If you prefer to work or watch TV that's also available. Overall pretty awesome experience, the only thing is I think they were doing some work at the airport and you could hear everything so maybe having some kind of a sound proof would be awesome. The couch had a bit of a wear and tear but it's fine we just covered it up with extra blankets. All in all, amazing experience! If they provided sanitizing wipes to make you feel like it's super clean after the last guest this would be even better. Otherwise, 10/10 would recommend and from now on, I'll be sure to book these especially during long overnight layovers.

Looks a nice place to keep in mind for a nap. Cozy rooms w a sofa bed and a tv. Very quiet too when…read moreI was there. I wish it was easier for me to fall asleep quickly. A nice addition to the airport. We certainly need more of these.

The menus in the Flagship First Dining are done in partnership with The James Beard Foundation, and for this location the partnership is with Chef Tiffany Derry from Roots Southern Kitchen, Radici Wood Fired Grill and Roots Chicken Shak. The check-in is still the same, and fortunately this time we managed to beat a large crowd that arrived just after us. Upon getting checked in, we took the elevator to the fifth floor and were given instruction on how to access the dining. Having been here before and taking advantage of the lounge itself and the offerings on the buffet, the Flagship First Dining was something we were really looking forward to. It's like a restaurant inside the lounge with mirrored windows. You cannot see into the lounge, but once you're inside you can see out to the interior of the lounge. Throughout the meal, our waiter Tim gave excellent service and was perfectly attentive. The decor is nice, but still feels a bit manufactured and institutional. You don't really get fine dining vibes with the atmosphere, but they are trying. Once inside, there was a place for us to stow our luggage and then we were directed to a table. Aside from a gentleman at the bar, we were the only patrons on a Thursday night. We were promptly greeted by our waiter Tim, given menus time to look over the offerings. Given that this is a dining experience, it's all inclusive, so we spent the day eating very light to save room for this meal. For a non-alcoholic cocktail I had the Sicilian Smash. It had muddled cucumber, lemon and oregano. It was a very zippy drink with a pleasing herbaceous taste. It turned out to be a great compliment to the meal. There was some housemate focaccia bread with smoked butter (literally butter served under a cloche with smoke) brought out. The bread was very good but it was a bit heavy-handed on the salt. We ordered 2 appetizers apiece, considering they are more tapas style and on the smaller side. I had the Pineapple & Watermelon Radish Carpaccio and the Meyer Lemon & Ricotta Ravioli. The first fish was very bright, refreshing and had a lot of crunch. I love bright, colorful vegetable dishes with attention given to the textures and this one really hit the spot. It was an excellent start to the meal and made be feel like it was okay for my other dishes to go more on the decadent side since this will take care of the veggies and fiber for the meal. The second app was really delicious! Bright, rich and simple. This was a comfort dish for sure. My entree was the only thing I wasn't crazy about. I ordered the Sea Bass Tapenade. The Sea Bass was a little on the dry side. It also came with a creamed corn puree and squash, but none of the flavors really sang. Last, I finished out with a lovely Rhubarb and Rose Creme Brûlée. This was an excellent dish It had a Rhubarb sorbet on top and the custard was so mellow and creamy. Once the meal was finished, we ventured back into the main area of the lounge. The restrooms are a total disappointment. There are too few stalls and it feels cramped. Nothing flagship about the restroom experience for sure. Overall this lounge is pretty good. It's definitely trying to deliver a premium experience, but lags behind other premium lounge offerings, especially when measured against some non-US based carriers.
