From the beginning, there were issues with the quality of the job and since then, the asphalt has continued to deteriorate. I cannot get anyone to come out and address these problems. I just can't believe a company would charge a premium price for poor quality and then take no ownership in fixing their work. I have contacted this company several times and even sent an email with pictures showing the deterioration of my driveway. The last time we spoke, the owner promised to come out and take a look, that was months ago. There are potholes forming all over the place, rocks coming lose in patches. The driveway needs to be sealed before it is completely ruined beyond repair. They also clipped a corner of our garage concrete but just left it. When I pointed it out, their response was 'oh he got in trouble for that.' But they just left it and it too has deteriorated over time. I have pictures that I would love to share.

Asked if I would ever hear back about the bid. He told me he'll give me a call back. He texted me a few hours later saying he is too busy and to find someone else. It's inconsiderate, because if that was the case he could've communicated that to me much sooner without me having to pester him, or at the very least called me back and let me know the situation. Only getting 2 stars because he was friendly when he came out to the house and did the bid.

He used an enormous power lift to cut the branches which his team chipped as he went.
