They determined that water had leaked and gotten a sensor wet, checked all the connections, ran a partial cycle, and repositioned the unit slightly to help prevent any future leaking. They then routed the drain line more efficiently and even corrected a small water filter leak they noticed while putting items back under the sink. We will definitely use Appliance Guys again if needed.

Literally technician was on the phone trying to walk him through the repair. I was shocked. When questioned, they asked him to leave my house with no repair done. When contacted by credit card (and they waited until the last possible day to do so, of their 30 day response time), they claim they need to keep the diagnostic fee. This fee usually gets incorported into repair fee. Within minutes, he told me it was at the warehouse, that he would email me the quote, and could put me on the Sat. delivery/install/haul away schedule. He phoned to ensure everything was clear, and I gave him my card no. The quote was more than reasonable (I had searched other sites!) By Sat at 11, the microwave had arrived, was installed, and the job finished! The installers were efficient and delightful to deal with! In my long life I have NEVER had such a seamless purchasing experience, and I cannot recommend them highly enough!
