Ate there last week. Service was excellent. Food tasted pretty good. I had the Cobb Salad. Later on in the wee hours of the morning, the Cobb Salad didn't like me very well. Figured it might be something with the lettuce. Maybe was a fluke because I am reading others had the salad with no after effects. Hopefully, this doesn't happen to anyone else. read more

Just left there after a late night dinner after some tournament games. I will say food was good but on the cold side and we didn't say anything because it became apparent that the waitress was not very attentive. No steak knife for my steak. We asked for a refill on our waters for three of us and she brought one. When we walked in they told us we could sit anywhere. After 5-10 minutes the waitress showed up with menus and said she would be back. She did not ask if we wanted anything to drink. Another 5-10 minutes later she returned to take our order. It wasn't until the last person asked for water that she inquired about drinks. She took the menus forcefully. She smiled but had this underlying attitude which we were willing to get through until she took my credit card and was nowhere to be found for almost 10 minutes until she appeared to take someone's order. At that point we got up and asked for the credit card back because it was completely inappropriate. She gave a strange look and returned with nothing to say. I typically tip well but I could not tip her anything after the complete inattentiveness and walking away with my credit card for longer than necessary to do other things. She seemed much nicer and attentive to the table behind us order drinks. read more

My work brings me to this area often so I was very excited to find a good restaurant nearby. The menu is simple yet diverse. We sat outside and took advantage of the gorgeous day! The planes overhead were pretty loud so sit inside if that may bug you. I had the ham and cheese sandwich which was delicious (I can't remember the name on the menu) and I could live off of the ham for a week. The french fries were almost like McDonald's (which is a good thing!) My friend, clearly the healthier of the bunch, had a salad which was the perfect size. I'll definitely be back! read more

Stopped here last Saturday after landing at Metro. The entire staff was very attentive. They brought us a taste of a local beer to make sure we would like our choice. They made food recommendations based on their recent taste experience. Very comfortable place with a cozy bar area. Will definitely return before leaving town. read more

This is a great little place with excellent food and service. It has a fairly small menu but everything we ordered was delicious....our favorite was the chicken alfredo. There was only one waitress and one bartender but they were friendly and efficient and handled the crowd like pros. read more

The service was absolutely terrible. Felt very unwelcomed and our waitress gave straight sass. My table sat for 3 hours waiting on our waitress and every time we called her over, she would sigh and roll her eyes. The food was fine but overpriced and cold when it arrived. It took us ten minutes to get a drink order in and the restaurant was far from full....also, when I order an IPA, it goes without saying it should be paired with a water. Our apitizers came out at the same time as our entree. I got a burger cooked medium well and it was barely passed rare. Where to begin,,,I came in yesterday for dinner. The chicken on my salad was not cooked all the way very pink. I sat at the bar only to be attacked by fruit flies swarming all around my food. The bartender acted as if he was hyper active he couldn't stand still, also looked as if he had been in some sort of a bar room brawl with a black eye. Asked for the manager they said he was not there. Extremely dissatisfied with both the food and the service I received. Not what I would call an upscale bistro restaurant, more like a coney island. This place has really good food but extremely poor service. Their waitress looks about 15 and spent most of her time flirting with the bartender. I had to ask her several times for a refill as well as a box. If she paid half as much attention to my family as she did the bartender it would have been ok. The beer she brought me had gnats floating in it. I have been here a couple times before and had a good experience. There used to be a different bartender and an older waitress that were very attentive and professional. Looks as if this place is going downhill fast and sadly I think they just opened. I was back in Michigan but wasn't able to get the Americans Best in hotel but ended up getting another one close by the airport which is great because the two places are connected, the serever who I always Come in and ask for ( Brandon) because how great of the service he gives myself and others that I see while I'm in there is just incredible. He was actually leaving last night when I came in, but had me sit outside with my wife and told me told me that he would have another waitress named Christina wait on us and she would do a good job as she did, so thanks Christina! There were 2 women who were very very drunk that were noticed Walking Inside ( Hardly) Brandon as a great guy that he is, being off his shift went back Inside to get the two woman and brought them outside so that they didn't desterbe anyone in the restaurant or make the restaurant look bad as we thought, he offered to Walk them to their hotel and told them that it was time to go settle in for the night because of what condition they were in, which was at the Holiday inn nextdoor he wanted to make sure they got to their rooms safely, because these women wouldn't have made it 2 step's without falling and hurting themselves. I really appled him as a person and man for doing this for his customers even though he was not working at the time and was walking out to his car when he noticed them he didn't have to do anything and could have left. That to me shows alot and my wife still is talking about it this morning and made me write this long review but it's all worth it because of what kinda man Brandon stands for and as a server of this restaurant! Anyone that goes here Brandon will certainly give you the customer service you deserve the minute you walk Into the restaurant. read more
