Capitol City Storage is conveniently located off of Interstate 5 in Tumwater, WA. It is has extremely clean and well kept grounds, and video cameras for security. We have used both the self storage units and RV Storage for the past three years. The RV Storage has ample room and level spaces for any size of RV. The storage units are very clean and a good value for the prices. We have dealt directly with Judy, the office manager; she was very friendly, knowledgeable, and would be prompt with returning phone calls or emails. Their communication was clear and prompt throughout the entire process. They responded quickly to all emails, were there when we arrived for our scheduled check-in, which was smooth and efficient. The premises were clean and safe. Upon our scheduled check-out, we were again greeted promptly. Our stored car's battery had died and required a jump-start, with which Tony immediately assisted at no extra charge, despite it requiring a more complex solution than usual. She explained sizes and pricing to me and helped me decide what unit would best fit my needs. She even let me move in after the facility had close late one evening. We rented 2 to 3 units here for about one year [Aug. 2012-Sept. 2013]. The staff and owners are extremely professional, helpful and courteous. Our units were very clean, dry, and rodent/insect free. Access thru gate is auto mated and works well [we were in and out of our units 4-5 times/week]. Grounds are also clean and all driveways are asphalt. The entire place is very secure. Based on our checking other storage facilities in the Olympia area, we felt the rates were very competitive and a good value. Very easy access to I-5. read more
