The Brotherhood is another cash only bar with excellent ambiance, great service, and plenty of quiet seating for a great conversation. Highly recommend for a Tinder date.

    Halloween season..!!

Friday happy hour..!! In beautiful Washington State... Olympia the Capital city... Dropped in for a Pabst Blue Ribbon... Popular and not so popular music over the speakers... Definitely recommend this place..!!

In Olympia on business and staying downtown at the Doubletree Hotel. The young lady at the front desk recommended The Brotherhood Lounge when I asked her if there are any good dive bars in the area. It definitely would qualify as a dive bar, but in a good and quirky way. There is bar seating for about a dozen (Covid distancing) and another thirty or so booths and tables. There is a full bar and about ten beers on draft. The interior was unique and funky, with a basketball on one tv and The Creature From The Black Lagoon playing on another. The bartender was very friendly and inviting and had several recommendations when I requested a local IPA. It was served promptly. The glass was clean, and the beer was just the right amount of cold. It was $6.50 for a pint, which is very fair for a local brew in Olympia. If you a looking for a good dive bar in downtown Olympia, you could do no better than The Brotherhood Lounge. Highly recommend.

Really divy dive bar. Very political conversations about which is something I try to avoid when out and about. I do like the atmosphere and the old nic baca and photos! Seems like a lot of history with old patrons. I probably wouldn't come back unless I was a local in Olympia. Not a wild place.

I've only had the best service at the BroHo. Their drink combos are so good... order the pink version ... tequila and raddler... so good! Bring cash and leave your attitude at the door.

The Brotherhood has the coolest vending machine in Washington State, selling everything from candy to Camels. Lighters for 2 bucks. Dig it!

Best Happy Hour in town. 4-7 every day...$5 drafts, $3.50 wells, Rainier for $3, and the most relaxed atmosphere in Olympia.

We've eaten here several times over the years, this was the first time we eat dinner here. Fam. Let me tell you, the very reasonable lunch size portions? They're significantly bigger on the dinner menu. Almost disturbingly so Being able to get a selection of interesting regional beers is always a draw, tonight was no exception. And the pretty good lunch menu is expanded for the dinner hour - as well as the portion sizes being expanded. I ordered the fish and chips, my partner ordered the bar steak (which was New York strip), and her daughter ordered the salmon burger with fries. Because it was a special, we also got a giant order of poutine. Despite being in almost at closing, the service was absolutely spectacular. We very nearly had the place to ourselves, so the overall vibe was very homey and welcoming. As noted, the portions were enormous. I opted to finish my fish at the expense of the chips. My partner wound up with a significant take home portion as did her daughter. Couldn't possibly have been happier about our decision to stop in. Since we seem to have a new Greener in the family, I'm sure that we will be in Olympia significantly more frequently. And frankly, I am pretty happy about that, just based on being able to stop in here on the regular again.

Pros: Chill lounge/sitting area at the front corner with sofas, a low bar (accessibility friendly) and board games. Big tables to accommodate groups and various bar seating. Large brewery menu screens with large range and the food looked good. Tbh we came for brews so can't comment on food. The Wildman Beer brand was so-so. Some better than others! Cons: FOH staff interaction. Why we love pubs/breweries is because of the chill, friendly, conversational flow of FOH; their knowledge of the beers and/or cocktails, their passion for sharing it with new customers so they come back again and again ... this vibe fell short at Wildman. TL;DR Good for a basic group of people looking for a brewery experience in town with room for large groups. Not for those who are expecting an awesome brewery experience -- a la PDX, DEN, PHX, ATX or SEA.

But when I saw that they opened up a location in Olympia and Steve and I were going to Olympia for a show it made perfect sense to go to this new location. Downtown where our show was is super walkable and this brewery is right there. When we went in what escaped my attention at the Raymond location was that I was particularly impressed with their own mead selection. And the mead did not disappoint in the slightest. The first mead I had was their Oak Aged Classic Mead. Such fantastic balance in body and the oak flavor was truly impressive! I got another mead from the list, the Sneaky Bastard Meer. It's called meer I believe due to the five different kinds of hops they put into it. Great floral and honey flavored highlights! Our experience here was excellent! Steve enjoyed his drink selections as well! Definitely returning for more mead enjoyment!

I love the pub setting and decor with its rustic, cozy charm. The interior is spacious and perfect for groups of any size, whether you're watching sports, dining casually, or enjoying happy hour. It felt like we were in a different country. The menu offers plenty, from classic German cuisine to draft beers and more. We all ordered a variety of stuff, and everything looked appetizing. We shared a couple of starters--deep-fried pickles and the Brätzel. Both were great. For my entrée, I chose one of the Berliner Favorites, a Schnitzel Sandwich with a side of skinny fries. It was also delicious and filling. If you can't decide on what beer to try, they offer a few flight options. We also had to get the German Chocolate Cake shot! It's dangerously good! The staff was kind and attentive and made the meal experience even better. If I come back to visit the area, I'll consider coming back for more tasty German food and a refreshing beer! After the meal, we walked around town and found some cool spots for dessert and to hang out.

When we arrived, we weren't sure if we seated ourselves or someone would seat us. After waiting several minutes, we decided to just seat ourselves and one of the bartenders came over with menus and water. The menu is concise and I thought it was neat that they make their own ranch sauces. I got the chili cheese fries but with tots and my boyfriend got their polish dog and an order of waffle fries. It took some time to get our food but when we did receive it, the portions were bigger than what I expected and it was good. Our server was friendly and checked in on us every so often as well as the other patrons. She asked if we needed anything else and I asked if I could have their ranch, she asked which one and I told her that I would like to try both their regular and jalapeño. The jalapeño is definitely ranch that I've had with a great kick to it. The chili here was flavorful and had good chunks of meat, I wish there was a little less onion and more cheese. My boyfriend loved his Polish dog and waffle fries, especially how they cooked the onions. Only one thing that was a bummer was there were flies that were trying to get to our food and it was just annoying having to swat them away every couple of minutes. The inside is pretty huge as they have two pool tables, a TV playing, music playing at a good volume, and plenty of seating at their dining area and bar area. They do have outdoor seating too. Overall, not a bad spot to stop by to hang out or enjoy a good meal.
