Thanks to Bobby's knowledge and special assistance I was able to find and complete and file one more online form. Congress has made such a mess of the SSA laws and regulations that people like Bobby have to spend their entire day helping people like me get through the many forms and help us identify and provide the required evidence just to get our basic benefits after we have paid into the system for 40+ years. Thanks Bobby! I am glad you Feds finally got a tiny raise this year. I wish it were more. You are the best!

Lied in a note that they called three times, but there is no record on my phone. And I have to call the national line to get a referral to the local office that failed to call. I was finally allowed in at 9:11 AM, checked in at the kiosk, and waited. At approximately 9:32 AM, my number (S196) was called. I explained that I had received a fully favorable decision for both SSI and SSDI and that my concern was specifically regarding my SSDI payment, which had not yet been received despite prior processing steps already being completed. The agent immediately defaulted to a scripted response, repeatedly stating that everything was "being processed," without listening to or acknowledging the specifics of my situation. I clarified multiple times that I had already completed my interview in February and had received SSI, but not SSDI. Instead of addressing the discrepancy, the agent continued to repeat the same generic response. I then requested to speak with a supervisor. I was told I could not, because she had already "answered my question." When I calmly asked again, she closed the window on me without providing her name or any assistance. Security then began pressuring me to leave. I stepped outside, contacted my attorney, and returned to formally request a supervisor. I was made to wait outside again--standing, in the cold--until approximately 10:52 AM before being allowed back in. After additional waiting, I was finally able to speak with a supervisor and file a formal grievance. I left the office at 11:19 AM. This experience reflects a serious lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic respect--especially toward individuals with disabilities who rely on these services. Requiring people to wait outside for extended periods, combined with dismissive and obstructive staff behavior, is unacceptable.

A voice came out of their intercom box to tell me they couldn't look that information up. Perhaps sending confirmatory emails upon ic3 filing with an alphanumeric tracking code would allow a citizen to follow up quickly with the FBI. Many local police are directing citizens to the FBI rather than issuing police reports, investigating, or enforcing any cyber security, cyber harassment, cryptojacking, or harassment by technology laws needed to immediately, efficiently, effectively protect people. The police have a duty to protect people, not pass on the handling of a case because they don't want something hard, complicated, or too technical. Many of the officers are incorrectly telling citizens that such cases aren't police work, but are federal. This is wrong. The FBI needs a different method for the intake of these cases as the automated intake complaint system isn't responsive.

BOA unlawfully withheld access to all of my money, for almost 2 weeks. FBI Buffalo agents were USELESS. You did too many transactions at once? Actually, BOA did the illegal transaction and I just tried to get the rest of my money out of their bank. Under the Electronic Federal Transfer Act, BOA broke about a dozen laws, but FBI Buffalo wouldn't do anything. I notice their Google reviews have been shut down so nobody can out them publicly for their actions. This is what corruption looks like, when those who are supposed to protect you only want to protect themselves, from public exposure and having to actually file a police report.

No police ever came to help us write a report and that was just the beginning. The police missed so many of her times. She broke her protection order against me that the sergeant had to call and apologize to me. She has a firearm license that was supposed to be turned in every single month for a year and all they did was continue the case for an entire year and then she never had to give up her license. Absolutely nothing and I mean nothing happened to this girl. She runs out constantly saying she's going to kill me calling me every sort of name in the book I've had to hide from her. She stepped up to my face and tried to hurt me multiples of times and then laughed while she was trying to run me over with her vehicle. The courts did nothing except for send me emails that she was in non-compliance. Before the termination of the protection order continuously emailed and called the courts for help on how to renew the order and was ignored and forwarded and sent to everybody else but getting help. So now, the protection order has expired, she still has her firearm license because nobody ever took any action on her. Her. Honestly they let her get away with whatever she wanted the entire year.. since they did nothing the entire year she felt she could do whatever she wanted, and that's exactly what she did. I had police on the phone. Tell me There were no grounds for her breaking her order what? She had come up to me and tried to hurt me in my face and it's supposed to be a thousand ft away from me at all times. She even tried to run me over with my 3-year-old stepdaughter in the car. Now I have to fear for my life on a daily basis because the courts never took her license or took any action. I have never been so disappointed and scared in my life but disappointed because this should never have happened and now this is my reality, scared for my life.
