Three visits: one to assess the site, one for the foundation to be built (a gravel pad to go on top of my grass, a separate service and cost through a contractor Ted works with), and a half day in which the shed itself was built. I did not need many fancy add-ons as it's only for tool storage, but nevertheless I am glad it came standard with opening windows, a ridge vent, and a lock & key. One thing I did opt to pay more for is the ramp, which makes all the difference getting bicycles and lawnmowers in and out. Replacing it was challenging ( we visited and obtained estimates from several other places) but Lawn and Leisure of 103 Douglas Court, Sterling, Va brought us warm joy with a new Regency Gas Fireplace. T.C. was our salesman and helped by personalizing the entire process. We were given many pointers that led to success. Our fireplace was delivered in ten days while other stores said it would take several months to make delivery. T.C. recommended Dulles Solid Construction, owned by Gary Pulino as the contractor and he and his team exceeded all expectations. No detail was ovelooked and recommendations were spot on! This made the many decisions of mantel, surround stone, hearthstone and fireplace height easier. Just a random list of things they carry: onion sets, seed potatoes, seed by the Oz. I got enough Arugula seeds for the entire year for a fraction of those stupid seed packets at Blowes (Lowes). There is a small selection of hardware and tools along with candy and lots of WVU knick-knackery.
