It was crap workmanship for the beginning and the tub is still not finished properly since you scrapped it and they came several times to fix this. Happy with the job and pricing. We used them again about 5 months ago. Installed floors on two levels and completely new wood stairs. The floor installations were good. The stairs didn't work out so well. After 3 weeks the shine from the stain (3 coats we were told) disappeared. We called a few times to ask to fix it. But the salesman kept trying to convince me that the shine can't be compared to the floors because they apply more coats at the factory. I said that I'm not comparing them. The shine on the steps just faded. He didn't want to hear it, kept going back to the comparison which was bizarre. In the the end playing ignorant worked because we just gave up trying to deal with them. He then promised my wife to find a solution but never called back. By then we had made our final payment. The new steps also creak and occasionally make a loud noise when you walk down the stairs. If you use this company just do something simple and basic. Otherwise you'll get a situation like mine and the above reviewer. They outsource their installations to third party contractors so it's hit or miss. Not sure how they are selected.

Often he called to say something would be much more money that he had originally quoted us. It has been a few years, and we had a leaking skylight, a bathroom fan that was never connected to the electric source, the dryer vent in the attic was not reconnected and it took a year before we discovered all the lint that was there that we had to clean out. The new Hardie Plank siding had a small gap hidden by a downspout that had resulted in a water leak in our wood kitchen cabinets that we could not find. Finally, a sharp roofer who repaired the other leak and a leak in the downstairs bath, (again due to poor sealing by his roofers), found that missing section of siding. We filled it in and sealed it. It had been leaking for over 2 years and we could not find it. We also had clogged drains in bathroom sinks, gook that they never cleaned out on installation. One vanity was completely destroyed when they tried to install it and had to be replaced. Our builder had measured and told us what sizes to buy and we did. Oh, by the way, did I mention that we bought ALL the tile and bathroom fixtures, lights, tub, sinks, toilets, etc.? This was not a cheap job, and now after a few years, our great electricians, plumbers, roofer have been here many times fixing his mistakes. Don't be fooled by his charming hype.
