I had to really drive by, stop and look to find the rentable orange dollys and other Uhaul equipment stacked outside the tiny convenience store door to realize this was actually the place.They have SOME of the boxes and packing supplies you can buy from UHAUL, but they do have all the sizes. The gas station seems to be managed by only one employee at a time. Meanting when the attendant had to stop and service the gas station customers in the middle of me trying to rent a van, I was only mildly annoyed. Hey there's only one guy to complain to as well! At first my card ( for no explainable reason at all) was getting declined when trying to rent a 26-foot van. we repeated the rental application process 3 different times before I gave up and was going to go yell at my bank. I was almost at my car when he came out and got me and said I could pay cash, his manager said so. Yay! I used the ATM and gave him cash and they still took the card number down for damages etc. But in no time I was up and out in my van! Even though i wanted to return it at the same location, my situation changed and I had to return it elsewhere and later in the day. I expected to have to pay for an additional day but to my surprise it was all set! I could tell they really appreciated the business.

My license was issued in 2018 and does not expire until next year. I had to call the Worcester police station, have an officer show up and confirm my license was valid before they would rent to me. Over an hour of my time wasted. Throughout this whole process I tried my best to stay level headed, never even raising my voice. However the manager was rude, dismissive, and has no business working in customer service. After the the officer confirmed my license was real and simply an older version, she didn't even apologize. She doubled down by taking a photo of me and my id on her personal cell phone and insisting she did that with every customer. Uhaul corporate if you actually read these reviews, it's time to trim the FAT. This woman is costing your business money.

On Saturday, Eagle Leasing brought by a 20ft container to my house. Now, I don't usually get…read moreexcited by these things, but the entire experience was very positive. First, the driver was on exactly time- 8:30am. I have never seen such a beautiful and clean truck, and the container was really nice! The driver jumped out and extended his hand and was super friendly and just a happy guy. It's nice to see people who enjoy their work, and by the way, he was wearing a clean Eagle Leasing t-shirt too. I wanted to put the container in a place I thought might be difficult to get to, so the driver walked into the yard and behind the garage to see where I needed it placed. He was awesome. My yard is tricky because we have gardens everywhere. He maneuvered the large truck and container behind a row of hedges and precisely where I needed it. On top of that, the container was brand new and super clean. My wood floors don't look as good as the ones in this container! Anyway, whatever they are doing, they are doing it right! I am very happy about the container and the company. The driver was an excellent person about the company, and I would do business with them again without hesitation and I will refer everyone I know to them just because of how I was treated. The service we received from this Enterprise Truck Rental location was unparalleled. We rented a…read morelarge pickup in order to tow a goose neck trailer for a school group. We had a number of questions prior to pickup to ensure that the truck would be configured and sufficient for the trailer we would be bringing. They happily investigated every question we had providing us photos and measurements to confirm every detail. We were still very nervous, but on arriving found the equipment to be outstanding. They assured us that they carried only equipment capable of accommodating any need and they were right. The enthusiasm of the staff was notable and a pleasure to work with. Daily rental charges with lower mileage charges were a better value for us compared with other options that had higher charges per mile. We are considering in the future looking into purchasing a piece of equipment from Enterprise through their used equipment sales. Over-all, very impressed.
