I have to travel 600 miles for the whole trip and have to play tolls. They did not provide EZ pass transponder nor they said I can use my own. Upon return they send me an invoice for the toll and the Fleet charges which was 3 times the toll charges. Instead of paying only $13 they charged me $49.50. I was furious and cannot tell more how bad this organization is been run. Please do not rent Van or trucks from this place.

When I recently called to rent another truck, Zack not only helped me out but even found a better rate and helped me rent from another location. That level of service is rare. We literally asked for him by name because he left such a great impression. Penske, if he wants it, please promote him he truly deserves it! We absolutely love Zack!
