The painters, Abraham and David, came as scheduled and power-washed all surfaces so clean they didn't look like they needed painting. They offered a flat rate for the drywall which I consider more than fair, as I live in an older house that has extra thick drywall to where you would have to shim it or double layer it for it to match the rest of the drywall so I knew no matter what it would be more expensive to fix than a standard thickness drywall. The gentlemen, while he did arrive late, showed up and immediately got to work. He did a fantastic job flowing the spackle/mud on the patch to where I would not have to sand it at all, which I was so happy with!
