She's been afraid to get it cut but she did want a little trim because of her upcoming prom. Unfortunately I got stuck at work and my husband had to take her. So I do blame myself but I told her to very specific with the stylist. I even had an appointment with the same person a couple weeks ago and talked about my daughter's fear of losing length. According to my daughter she agreed to the 2 inches of dead straight hair on the bottom but was very clear about not wanting to lose length all over. The woman took at least 3 or 4 inches off all over her head. Hair that came to her elbows now barely falls past her shoulders and what's worse is that it is uneven. The right side is very noticeably longer than the left side. If she didn't understand curly hair, she should have said something. Maybe she didn't like my daughter or thought she was wrong to express what she wanted and decided to teach her a lesson. Now she doesn't even want to go to the prom. We can't get the hair back and I have to pay somebody else to fix it. We will never go back again.

I am a dude, so my haircut is usually simple and quick. I don't make an appointment, I just walk in and ask if anyone has time to cut my hair. And they do! Sometimes I will get my eyebrows waxed - they do it all! I appreciate the personnel are always smiling and polite and after I get my haircut, everyone that knows me compliments what a good job the salon did on my hair. I don't have any pictures to post - at least for now - I mean the folks on the internet reading this don't need to see my haircut... but the salon is very professional looking: bright, clean, with a variety of stations, and plenty of products on display. To start the front desk girl was not wearing her mask when I walked in and rushed to put it on as I approached the counter. She did not take my temperature (even though the thermometer was sitting right next to her). She had an attitude the entire time- acted as though I was inconveniencing her. Then I asked to use the bathroom- EW talk about a red ring in the toilet???? Not to mention the empty laundry baskets in the hallway had visible mold. My spray came out fine. But I cannot believe the health department is letting this place stay open. Especially during a pandemic when we should be taking extra precautions and they haven't cleaned their toilet in what looks like 3 months. I will not be back and absolutely would not recommend to anyone.
