I tell everyone about this salon because I love it so much. Gerilyn has been doing my hair for years and always does the perfect job for color, cut, treatment, and blowout. I have really curly hair which can be hard but she's an expert! When you walk in they always greet you with a smile and offer you a drink. They have the cutest location and it's upstairs with huge windows and a lot of light. They are always using the newest and best products. I can't rave enough about my first experience at this salon!! Located in Winter Park. From the moment I was greeted by the sweet receptionist, and then warmly greeted by my new favorite stylist...This salon is upscale and cozy. If you are looking for an amazingly talented colorist, look no further!! I first saw Alejandro's work on Pinterest and thru a little searching, I found his page on Instagram at artistic.aestheticss Yes the double S at the end of his account is correct in case you are searching. I posted his account and pic. He also has the most gorgeous head of hair! He had his work cut out for him as he was repairing what another salon had almost completely ruined.... After 7 hours of careful bleaching & coloring, I now have the most beautiful color I have ever had in my hair and it is as vibrant as I wished for! Just in time for my Halloween wedding anniversary too! Alejandro was very meticulous and explained everything he was doing to my hair every step of the way which made me feel very comfortable. I had bleached my hair and dyed it multiple colors while being home and self isolating. After dying it back to my original color and having it fade weirdly, I wanted to get my hair fixed. Lauren did EXACTLY what I wanted, I'm so glad with how it turned out. She made the color so nice and it's cut exactly how I wanted. My hair was all dark brown, the color of my roots, but with no dimension I usually have from being in the sun, and my hair was pretty long. Now it's shoulder length with pretty highlights. I absolutely loved my first visit to Capricci Ricci Salon! The salon itself is simply gorgeous and very aesthetically pleasing. I was instantly greeted as I walked in and asked if I needed anything. Katelyn happened to be the assistant who showed me around the salon and washed my hair. I was in Heaven in her chair having my scalp massaged, I live for these moments especially after such a hectic finals week. I met with Gerilyn who is fabulous, I love her free spirit! She is quite helpful and nurturing since I have only dealt with my hair being curly and had no idea how to maintain it or style it straight. She gave me helpful tips to blow dry it out at home. Both ladies were fun to chat with and it felt more like coming in to dish with your girlfriends. Looking forward to coming back and making some fun changes with keratin and bayalage! Worst experience ever. Went in with beautiful thick long curly hair and now have had to cut it short. They messed up my color, tried to fix it and fried my hair. My hair was literally falling out. Booked appointment via Yelp online 2 days before appointment. I panicked the time which is avaliable to book. When I went to the store 15 mims earlier I front desk which is asian looked at me like who am I not nice looking for welcome guest a all. Then I let her know that I have app at 2.15 she said I don't have any because the way to booked via Yelp online it is not go straight to the salon system. She also said like it all my fault that my phone didn't set up mail box which is via even she has a problem with that she still able to email me back from the address which I put in Yelp or text me is ok too. She all blame one me who is your new client and decided to left my great old salon to try her place . I have to accept that I am really disappointed since I walk in and met that front desk. I am a Mgr in the find dinning resturant which is the hospitality job same as her . I don't know how this place did great job on hair but they need to train their people for welcome and talk with client better than this especially new client. I booked them for 2 times one for color and later 2 day for updo. I won't be back for up do for sure as I walked out when she said my next avaliable app is Oct 19 which is one more month. Really, is it my fault that I booked online via Yelp and the computer let me booked it. Then I drove 45 mins to get to salon and found out my app is not avaliable. That front desk also sound like everything is because I'd me not pick up stronger number from her. I am sure not only me is the first client who booked online and has this problem so why don't company fix this problem or deal with Yelp . My worked also deal with all site for booking tables in restaurants online too. So all I wanna say is I just wanna tell the owner that one of your teamwork not did great job especially in her position which is the first stop of all customers. My hair was not in the best shape when I made my appointment so I was nervous to be trying a new salon again. Gerilyn cut and colored my hair and it came out perfect!!
