I think it depends on who you get but, I had an excellent hair cut here! A true style. I also enjoyed the scalp massage when they washed my hair and that's not even extra. I did have trouble with my 2nd hair cut as the guy I had used was not there. He did not speak any English, so explaining what I wanted was impossible. Found this amazing hair salon on google. Kem did an amazing job cutting my hair! Just told him to cut my hair short and I want bangs and BAM! He did exactly what I wanted. His hands are light and he even put wave curls in my hair with a blow dryer. He is now my new hair dresser. Highly recommend Kem. Great job! $48 for a nice & simple haircut ain't bad. read more

I was running late to the appointment and didn't answer their call so they bumped my appointment but they still managed to squeeze me in even though it was totally my fault. the haircut itself was nice nothing fancy but it was exactly what I asked for. I usually don't leave a negative comment but this time I really need to. I was recommended via Facebook group to go there. the hair stylist name is Kam or Kim, tall skinny man with a pony tail. he seemed nice, don't get me wrong but his skills level is below average. I asked to cut my hair nearby my armpits length but i guess he had too much fun cutting my long hair, from almost mid chest length to above my shoulder length. hello???? what the heck was he doing? I wanted to dye my hair with brown highlights , he said since I had my hair done before, top of my head was black hair with some gray hair and bottom was highlights from previous hair coloring, he said he could only dye my hair BLACK. he said the other option would be bleaching my hair which would cost almost 400 dollars. I said of course not, not paying for 400 bucks and I didn't want to bleach my hair. so he dyed my hair all black, super black, which made my hair looks like a wig and it cost me 210 dollars with tips. I hate my haircut and everyone I know are like why did you go there? go back to the place you used to go?? I said well I wanted to save some money. so well nope, that place isn't that cheap and never going back again!!! Edit : washed my hair last night for first time after haircut / dyed, my whole towel had black dye all over it . This never happened to anywhere where I go for professional hair coloring at a salon. My head still smells like strong hair dye. Wondering if they just used a box from the supermarket stuff like how you can just buy a box and dye it all black yourself. Trust me there's no skills needed to dye your hair all black. This did not justify paying 210 for hair coloring. Total regret! Must think before you go!! read more

I've been coming here since COVID, and so far they seem like one of the better places in terms of results but also prices. Prices will vary depending on what you need and your hair length, but even in these past few years, inflation has made them less affordable. I'm a male, medium length hair, and often get my hair permed. It used to be around $130 for 2-3 hours of work (most of the wait honestly comes from if the place is packed and they can't get to me as fast), but my most recent quote a month ago was $165.. definitely a steep markup. Results were solid though, I had Andrew who I think is a bit newer since I don't recall seeing him before, but he did great. Would go back again if the prices don't raise in half a year, otherwise I may have to shop around to see if I can find a cheaper alternative. For now, still my go to spot. Also, they seem to do a really good job with coloring, especially for the females. read more

I've been to this studio more than a few times now! I always get my haircut by Rose, who is super sweet and always leaves me with a great cut. My haircut always turns out just how I want it which is something that almost never happens (at least to me.) Their prices are MORE than fair! I feel that Rose goes above and beyond every time I'm there. They offer walk-ins but it's better if you call ahead to see how busy they are. read more

I never leave reviews, but this time i'm just so upset I feel like i should. I feel like this place can only really dye hair, but not haircuts. I came in wanting to dye my hair all black which looks great. But I also wanted a hair cut as well. My hair was down to my waist and i asked to keep my length and get long layers with my shortest layer being up to my chin. The hair stylist told me it would be cut short just a little bit, meaning i'll get it cut an inch shorter. I ended up walking out with my hair to my chest, getting 4 inches cut off, and choppy layers. The hairstylist just kept cutting leaving so little hair at the bottom. I feel so unconfident wishing my hair can grow back fast but sadly it'll take a while. read more

The owner, Reese, was really good at telling me the process and telling me the extra things on how to take care of my hair as well as what to expect of my hair. I wanted a trim and a fringe cut, something to pep up my vacation vibes, so I looked up a place close to my hotel and this place popped up. It was mostly chinese/asian stylist which I thought, oh perfect they will know how to cut my hair well since I have asian hair. I showed the lady the photo of how I wanted it to look and she asked me about the length. I wanted it under my boobs and my hair was down to my bum so close to 22-24 Inches. She said ok. She then proceeds to ask if my hair was colored and I said no. She cut it to my shoulders. I was so distraught how short my hair was! Not only was I confused about the whole ideal, she took my hair to the back to show her coworker and I have no clue if she kept it or what.. so now I have short hair and doesnt look anything like the photo I showed her.
