Awesome Sandwiches!
William S.

Made an awesome find of Capriotti's Easton at 106 Marlboro Ave #4, Easton, Maryland this week for lunch! Had no idea there was a Capriotti's here and I'll pull over at any time for a Capriotti's fresh Turkey Sub.  This one was no different than the rest.  Freshly made turkey, outstanding bread and whatever condiments you want.  This location offers Delivery and is open at 10am each weekday.  What a great find. If you're in the Eastern Shore area or heading there, this location is only a couple of miles off of Hwy 50.  Definitely check them out at 106 Marlboro Ave #4, Easton, Maryland!  So, so, so very good!

Cheesesteak with double meat and cheese
Keith H.

I wanted a cheesesteak and this place was one of the few that had it listed on their menu. I came for an early dinner and the place is empty, but this is more of a lunch spot so I understand it. One of the reviews on here said the cheesesteak was all bread and no meat so I opted to go ahead and get double meat and cheese. There was plenty of steak on the sandwich and with the amount of steak, I think I would have been fine without getting double meat. It was pretty good, however I didn't realize you have to tell them you want onions and peppers, they do not come on the sandwich unless you ask. I thought that was weird since it lists them in the description on the menu. I would come back and get another cheesesteak. Very good!

Italian
Chris L.

I had the Italian cold cut. Packed with meat it was very good. It was a while after purchasing that I ate it so the bread was just a tad soggy. Overall, a very good sub.

All roll ,,,where's the meat?

Dirty, especially the high chair and way overpriced. Food quality is ok. 2 medium subs, 1 bag of chips and 3 drinks for $33 is a bit much.

Love subs but wouldn't recommend this joint. My tuna club so salty I almost puked. It was very nice of them to give me a refund.

So far I've tried the California Powerhouse and the Turkey Club, and both were stacked with fresh ingredients. The portions are solid, and you can tell they're not skimping on anything. The Powerhouse came on a Kaiser roll and the club on white bread, and both held up really well. I've gotten fries on the side each time. They're cooked well, but they come out unsalted and a little bland on their own. That said, once you add some ketchup, they're perfectly fine and do the job. Service has been quick both times I went. I stopped by around 11:30 during the week (Thursday and Friday), and there was no line either time. From ordering to getting my food was about 5 minutes total, so it's definitely a solid option for a quick lunch. The shop itself is very clean and welcoming, and the staff has been friendly and helpful on both visits. Ordering is simple, though I did notice some of the same sandwich names listed in different sections with different prices, which was a little confusing. I meant to ask about it but forgot. They have a wide selection of deli-style sandwiches (hot and cold), plus cheesesteaks and burgers, which I haven't tried yet. For a sandwich, fries, and a drink, it's been a little over $18, but with the portion sizes and quality, I think it's worth it. I'll definitely be back. I'm especially interested in trying their breakfast since this area doesn't have a lot of strong breakfast spots, so I'm curious to see how they compare.

Second best sandwiches I have ever had, but best on the East coast…read more I'm in Arlington on business from the West Coast and was looking for a quick lunch spot when I stumbled into this little hidden gem. I've eaten at plenty of delis over the years, but Eddie's Little Shop completely surprised me with flavors I've genuinely never tasted before. The sandwiches here are incredibly unique, creative combinations that just explode with flavor in ways I wasn't expecting. What really stood out were the huge, fresh chunks of real mozzarella, paired with their homemade-style dressings, sauces, and condiments. It's easily one of the best sandwiches I've ever had, and I've tried a lot. The portions are generous, the bread is spot-on. I'll definitely be back before my trip ends. If you're in Arlington, do not miss Eddie's Little Shop Deli. Highly, highly recommended!

Saturday, midafternoon, I stop by for an Eddie Mootz ($17) (salami, ham, sopressata, mozzarella, on seeded italian). I'm handed this brown paper bag that weighs, I dunno, 3 lbs? I have to carry this back with me to the Metro. Twice along the way, I have to stop and catch my breath. I get home, my kitchen counter sags a bit where I put the bag down. Cripes, Eddie's. And the sandwich itself? 2 meals, easily. Thick thick piles of meat and a shovel-full of mozzarella. Very chewy bread. I work up a sweat just eating this, there's so much labor involved. I ordered online from the Metro, around the DCA stop, and got a notification it was ready before I got to the King Street stop. Fast turnaround. Eddie's is now on my list of places to make a point of going to for sandwiches in the DMV. Really good sandwich, and a lot of it.
