Don't get me wrong, I love Capriottis. You just have to get the right thing. For example, I ordered the homemade turkey sandwich but unbeknownst to me , it was not deli meat turkey. Was my sandwich terrible? No, but it wasn't the best. I just think when I had Capriottis 10 years ago, the sandwich I ate was so good but I don't know what it was. I guess I'll keep trying things on the menu until I figure out what it was. My friend got a sandwich that came with pastrami and coleslaw with the slaw on the side , and good thing too. He said the coleslaw was the worst most blandest coleslaw he's ever tasted . So bullet dodged there. Like I said before, you just have to get the right thing. I will be back . Do NOT come here. I waited not only 40 minutes for them to forget a sandwich but when I got all 3 of my sandwiches they messed up 2 sandwiches. I got a veggie turkey and I'm vegan and they covered the entire thing in mayo and some chipotle sauce. I'm livid. This is not a cheap sandwich shop and then make me wait 45 minutes for a sandwich I can't even eat? Absolutely horrid service. This has consistently provided us with the best service in all of Vegas/Henderson, and I can't praise them enough. Tyler, specifically, is hands down the GOAT of grilling a cheesesteak. We've found that cheesesteaks often lack the proper grilling, which can leave them soggy and not to our liking--but not when Tyler is on the grill. He's incredibly attentive, noticing that we order often, and he knows exactly how we like our sandwiches. Tyler always ensures they're perfectly grilled and just the way we like them. I had a terrible experience today at Capriotti's Sandwich Shop inside Green Valley Ranch Resort and Spa around 11:15am (2/28/26). When I walked up to the counter, the employee (her name was Kim) threw whatever she had in her hands down on the counter and immediately asked, "Are you ordering or picking up?" I said I would be ordering. She responded, "I'm telling you now, you're going to be waiting a good while. I have 5 orders ahead of you." I said that was fine and asked if she could give me a rough estimate of the wait time. She said, "I have no way of telling you that. So what do you need? Are you still going to order or not? Because I have orders waiting." The tone was very rude and dismissive. I asked if it was okay for me to order, and she replied, "I can't tell you no, but trust me, you will be waiting. So can you tell me if you need anything or not?" At that point, I told her it felt like she didn't want me to order. She responded, "Can you answer me? Do you need anything or not???" I was honestly shocked at how I was being spoken to. It didn't end there. She then walked away from the counter, sat down at a gambling machine, and smoked a cigarette while there was still a line of customers waiting. I even took pictures because I couldn't believe what was happening. I ended up leaving and going next door to Panda Express, where the employee was welcoming and pleasant. I don't even particularly like Panda Express, but I would absolutely choose that over Capriotti's if this is the kind of service customers receive. This was some of the worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. It's really disappointing, especially in a place connected to a well-known resort. I come here quite often always for the Bobbie of course lol. I just want to say this location is always outstanding in customer service and cleanliness. I'm not to sure of the workers name but she's always here when I come and she's super sweet. Tonight on 11/19/24 someone had came in and was unable to pay fully for their meal and she took it upon herself to give this customer that was in need her employee discount and I just felt like that needed to be acknowledged. My go to sub sandwich shop is Jimmy Johns but I was at another establishment and Capriotti's was very near so I thought that I would give them a try after many years. My sub sandwich of choice is The Italian. When I was handed the bag with the sandwich, I knew that I had wasted $11 plus dollars This is a medium size sandwich By the way, that is more than the price of the sandwich at Jimmy John's. Back to the sandwich, not very much filling for $11 plus dollars. There was nothing on the bread, no sauce of any kind. The sandwich bread was dry and crunchy. I have always been a big fan of Capriotti's ever since I moved to Vegas. This location has always been my favorite. During these on-line orders and deliveries and pick ups, I find that the staff in this location is friendly and happy. We ordered out food on the counter and the lady who was taking our orders was very kind. She gave us a great smile and was patient when we were still deciding what to get. She asked if we wanted to turn our sandwiches into a meal which had a choice of either a salad, a cookie or chips. The food is always made hot and cooked on the spot. We ordered two medium Cheese steak with onions and hot and sweet peppers. One of my favorite sandwiches that Capriotti's make. That sandwich hit the spot and had me craving for more even after I gobbled up that medium sandwich. The location is very easy to spot. There is plenty of parking. Every time I enternI am always greeted by the very friendly staff. They always keep you updated on your order even they are very busy. When I asked what time they closed he said "ugh 9 "in such a rude tone so I still had an hour to place an order. I gave him my order and he said "it'll be ready in 5" and hung up on me. This is not the Capistrami I remember. If you have to search through the coleslaw to find the meat, it's no good. My guess is the owner requires the sandwiches to be prepared with less meat in order to save money. My guess is they are losing customers. They lost this one. read more

Terrible service and my sandwich was dry and tasteless. The staff was rude and the sandwich was made poorly and packed poorly. The cheese fully came off my sandwich with the paper and there was no mayo or mustard to combat the dry chicken.
