As a longtime fan of Jersey Mike's and Subway, I decided to give this place a try because I like the fact that they donate their proceeds to fire departments. We all know what a dangerous and tough job that can be. I also saw some good offers on their website that looked enticing. Unfortunately, fire department donations are not enough for me to come back to this place. I placed a mobile order for 11am on Wednesday 1/7/26. The mobile app said my order would be ready by 11:10 and my order wasn't ready until almost 11:30! At first they tried to give me someone else's catering order with a big box of sandwiches. Luckily the lead/manager caught it and reminded the employee that was not my order (what a relief because I wasn't about to carry what looked like a buffet out to my car!). Then I had to fight with the manager (I think he was a manager) over mustard. I asked him for 20 packets of mustard (I love mustard) and he says he can't do that and that he can only give me 6 packets. 6 packets?? Really?? For a large sandwich?? I should have brought my own bottle of French's mustard. At least it tastes better than the mustard they gave me! On top of all that the sandwiches themselves just didn't taste fresh at all compared to Jersey Mike's or even Subway. After years of high quality service at this location, it has been steadily declining. I had a past experience of visiting this location at least three times weekly when I was a student across the street at the AIM school. I enjoyed their staff, and how they would accommodate us students with a complimentary beverage when we would appear in uniform. Tonight, I placed an order at 1736 on the APP for my wife and myself for two Italian subs and purposely drove around for over 19-minutes since it told me it would not be ready until 1755. After arriving, Shift-Lead, Anthony told me nothing had been prepared yet because he only had enough sandwich pepperoni for one of the two subs. Confused why he had not called me earlier, I simply asked him to move forward and replace one with ham. In the mean time, I asked for a drink while I waited. This about service and the cleanliness of the place. I come to get a to go order. The place hasn't been clean all day. It is dirty but I leave it alone. I order my food and get a combo. I leave a tip. I go and get my drink there is zero ice in the machine and I ask if they have any ice and I get a quick "no ice". Since it is to go I am thinking no problem.
