I am very satisfied with the overall experiences that I've had over the last several years. The food quality and service is consistent and excellent. I've never been inside but I frequently use the mobile check in for drive through. It's an amazing service and very convenient. My one and only bone to pick with this location is that you have to check the expiration date on the big sauces. I recently went to another location and ordered a milkshake. I ordered 12 piece grilled nuggets with ranch and a chicken sandwich combo, Polynesian sauce with a Dr Pepper. I pulled into drive thru and went into Mobile thru line. I scanned the QR code and instructions told me to drive forward next to drive thru window. The order came out minutes later. It worked great. Drive thru/mobile thru was clean and tidy. Old Henderson locals were very excited when Chick-fil-A opened on our side of town. I've frequented this location a multitude of times since the grand opening. Dining both indoor & outdoor with multiple drive through visits. I've experienced incorrect orders, extreme shrinkflation on sandwich's & fries too many times to count. Although, I've continued giving them my business as many locals have. Last night (Saturday evening @7:45) we decided to dine in. While ordering they informed us they were out of French fries! #mindblown Although, the employee stated: Luckily _____ just returned with some so it would be about a 10 min wait. We politely ask if our sandwiches could come out with our fries (so they would be nice & warm). When our meals arrive we noticed immediately the large fries aren't full. Hubs mentions this to server: Wow! After a 15 minute wait they can't even fill the fry container? To our Suprise this sweet server responds, I'm so sorry they don't allow us too! Excuse me? We're not allowed to fill the container full. She continues, so many people complain, especially in the drive through which backs up the line but it's the way we're taught and people get mad. We were shocked to hear this. Although, it reinforced why on a Saturday @8pm we were the only people in the dining room. **Sandwich wasn't warm when delivered. I'M DONE. Ever since this location opened..EVERY.SINGLE.TIME I go through the drive-thru, they get my order wrong. I'm not exaggerating...it's either missing sauces, missing side orders, no napkins, wrong sandwich. It's starting to feel personal. I have asked my husband to check the bag to make sure everything is correct when he brings food home, but of course he never does-and it's always wrong. I used to love Chik Fil A. It was my favorite fast food place. I'd visit at least twice a week but I can't take it anymore. We always use the drive thru and it's a hassle when you get home and it's wrong. I like this fast food restaurant but today it was inconvenient because I make the line in the in the drive-through and all I need was a gift card of $30 and unfortunately they do not sell the gift cards on drive-through. The reason I couldn't go inside is because I'm injured. Im upset !! So, if anyone is going to buy a gift card make sure to go inside the restaurant since they don't allow us to buy them in the drive-through. The food is always delicious especially in the mornings when we get the chicken minis, my kids and I love them very much. What can I say about the Service? The service is outstanding. This is truly a sad day as a signature CFA member. In all the years that my family and I have enjoyed Chick Fil A, it has finally come to an end. I just recovered from food poisoning from this exact location. My family and I stopped by this Lake Mead location Thursday (11/13/25) afternoon for lunch. And I knew after consuming the first few nuggets (nuggets weren't even warm), that I was in for a long ride. Hours later, I'm throwing up, on the toilet and absolutely exhausted. No doubt it was Chick Fil A's food because I usually fast in the morning until afternoon which resulted in me calling out of work the last 3 days to fully recover. My family and I have been eating CFA for years and have never been so disappointed in what we have experienced these last 7 months since moving to Nevada. The food has gone completely down hill. This Lake Mead location has incorrectly made our orders too many times to count and the food does not come out hot these days. Where is the concern for food safety? Was out running errands and needed something quick to grab on the way home. Not sure what possessed me to order a salad, but so glad I did! I got the Cobb salad but didn't eat it until I got home. When I tell you the lettuce was fresh and crispy and the toppings were on point. Who knew? This is probably one of the best "fast food" salads out there. We ordered our food to dine in at 5:31 p.m. according to our receipt. At 5:45 p.m. they came by our table and told us we had to leave at 6 p.m. as they were closing early. We explained that we still had not got our food. We got our food at 5:58 p.m. It was too hot to eat so we had to throw it out. We went to this CFA on Saturday at 3:00 pm and it was busy. We had Lexi as our cashier and she had zero customer service skills. I asked her if we could order a 5 piece chicken nuggets because I saw that a 5 pc was an option for a kid's meal. My husband was confused because the menu board did not show a 5 pc option. We asked Lexi if we could order a 5 pc without ordering a kid's meal (because our kid never eats it all and frankly, the kids' meal is a waste of money to us because of this). She stared at us blankly and didn't say anything. Usually, Chick Fil A employees go above and beyond with customer service but not Lexi. She never answered our question. She never even said "THANK YOU." I've had friends whose kids have been fired from CFA in other areas due to not meeting high expectations. So, not sure what planet Lexi came from. She needs some serious training in customer service. Is she still going through the training? Maybe that is the issue? Won't be going back to this CFA! That was my first and last time and sadly, it's the closest location to my house. Also, someone had a dog in a stroller eating in the restaurant. The manager she was NOT very nice!! I ordered in the drive thru at around 9:30 pm when I ate my food it was after 10 pm and they had closed. They left bacon off my sandwich and the fries were so overdone. She would not remake my order because I didn't call them at 6 am as soon as they opened, even though I got there this morning at 10 am as I had errands to run and couldn't make it before then. Then I waited an awful long time, the drink I ordered they did so fast hardly no ice and no care. Did a mobile order and was missing a fork and a spoon. I received the wrong dipping sauces and the wrong drink as well. I had to park my car and go and ask for a fork/spoon/correct sauces. No apologies; just rushing to get back to work, which wasn't even that busy. I didn't realize the drink was wrong until I got home. They need to check before rushing to bag everything. My Wife and I have been a here a few times now and have been really disappointed. We gave them some chances and figured it was a one off but it wasn't. The first two times we went through the drive through and ordered an unsweetened tea and to add some splendas and the two times, it was clearly not sweetened. We dined in recently to try the new pimento chicken sandwich, which should contain jalapeño peppers. Mine didn't, so i went and asked about it and they told me they ran out of peppers. Mind you, we dined in at around 12pm, how do you run out of peppers when lunch just started? I'm not one usually to complain but I ordered this sandwich and it should have everything that it's supposed to come with. I was offered pickles instead of jalapeños.
