I ordered takeout and service was super friendly, accurate, and quick! I had no issue picking up my order. You know you're in trouble when the bread delivered to the table is Walmart quality, cold, cut up roll and the cheese is simple canned parm. And it was definitely downhill from there. My husband's chicken parm was blah & overcooked, the cheeses were "a blend" and not mozzarella, the sauce was tasteless and weirdly spiced and I ordered chicken marsala. It was so awful it was literally inedible. We actually complained about the meal and we were offered a refund or another meal. We refused anything else & we left. They were very gracious, I do have to give them credit for that. If it's authentic Italian you want, this is so not it. You will be extremely disappointed. read more

Pizza was an insult to the name of Margherita, the dough was raw and they didn't use San marzano tomato's and they put the basil before cooking the pizza, sad calling that Margherita pizza. Service waitresses didn't refill the water I know is free. Ambiance nothing special to mention. read more

The flavor of the foods over the last year or two has gone downhill, as has the quality of ingredients, especially meat. The chicken marsala, once my favorite, has become bland and lacking. The staff is still really friendly and helpful but it seems their marketing strategy is become higher prices, smaller portions, cheaper meat cuts and less effort put into it. read more

My Lasagna was really good but the marinade that it seems they use for chicken Alfredo was a bit odd. Service was great though. I found that I just need to park in the Carside parking and they come out to check on you. I should have ordered on the way. The lasagna was not hot by the time I got home. Most Wednesday we enjoy going to Capris. Tonight our waitress, Patricia H. was very rude. She was very aggressive in the way to spoke to us when we would ask a question while we were trying to place our order. She told us they did not carry a beer/drink menu. (Every time the other waitresses have gave us one) Once we received our food she was very aggressive when setting our drinks, bread, dressing down. We all said thank you and she completely ignored us. As we were ready to pay we had a question about our bill and she, again, was very rude and marched off. The manager came over answered our question. She was very friendly.Everyone at our table noticed how rude Patricia was. We have always enjoyed the food and the atmosphere there. We always leave more than a 20% tip. She definitely cheated herself out of a good tip. read more

First time for a heavily salted pizza with so much oregano that no other flavors could come through. It was inedible. Paid for spinach, there were 10 one inch green spots, no depth of spinach. This review is only applicable to takeout pizza so I can't speak for the dining experience or other Italian food. The "standard" size pizza would feed 2 people IF you got bread and salad with it. As for the quality, your time and money is better spent at Walmart with a Digiorno. I had better pizza in second grade before recess. The pepperoni, sauce, and cheese are boring with minimal flavor, but the crust is the worst of all. I think they made it with a sourdough recipe they got off TikTok. Overall, it was a pizza, and I've never had a bad pizza, but I'd go pay $3.99 for a Jack's at the gas station before I got another one of these. read more

I stopped in due to a meeting with a co-worker here for dinner splitting the distance from ATL-RDU. Taylor was my bartender and server and I'll be damned if there is a more genuine young southern belle in the South. She was at the end of her shift and is one of the few in the service industry that have honed welcoming skills. It reminded me on seeing my brother and telling tales. Christmas in July let's call it. The food was excellent and her drinks were on point also for a newer bartender that leaves each patron and table vibrant with energy. I have seen Capri's parking lot packed almost every day just passing by as I live in Boiling Springs. I finally decided to try it and I'm glad I did! We went at 5 o'clock on a Saturday and we didn't wait for a table. The place itself is pretty nice but not anything too fancy. We ordered the fried ravioli for the appetizer and baked spaghetti and manicotti for dinner. As you can see by the picture the fried ravioli was amazing I could not stop eating it. I will definitely come back just for that. I wish they served it in a bigger portion or even as an entree! The manicotti was absolutely delicious it is full of cheese and very filling I got the whole order and might have to get a half next time .( with more fried ravioli of course) The baked spaghetti was also delicious although I am not a fan of meat sauce my boyfriend said it was good ! Overall not very pricey considering each pasta was around $10 and appetizer $7 I did add the salad for an additional $4 and probably won't next time as it's nothing special but everything else was delicious ! We've gone to Capris a few times since moving to Spartanburg 5 months ago. Classic red sauce Italian food that's familiar and comforting. The portions are very generous along with the fresh bread and salad. Wait staff has always been very attentive and accommodating. Fist y'all ask for Megan she is amazing, and knows her stuff. Everything you could order is amazing!! She even recommended a hidden gem that's not on their menu.
