I tried the chicken quesadilla and fish tacos with a friend and I'm really a big fan of cafes/restaurants that do the simple items very well. One critique I'd like for them to consider is leave a post on their restaurant door when closed for special occasions. I tried to visit once only to find out later from a friend than they posted the restaurant was closed for almost a week on Facebook. Not everyone uses Facebook! If you like supporting local like I do and like good cafe food, this is worth a visit. I will be back to try their sandwiches and follow up on a review them.

They were gracious to a fault, and by the end of the meal the owner, Rick Erwin himself, stopped by to say hello and ask if we enjoyed the meal. The food was delicious. I had surf and turf and it was the best filet mignon I've ever eaten. Of course they suggested the truffle butter on top, and even though it was an additional $9 I got it. Divine! The bread basket was filled with a variety of amazing rolls. And the crème brûlée was excellent. If you have a special occasion to celebrate I strongly recommend this restaurant. Just be ready to spend at least $75 per person f you're getting cocktails and dessert.
