Buying a car from a friend, I was lucky enough to be allowed to drive it to Red Deer to get it inspected from an honest and trustworthy shop I knew about via word of mouth from other friends and from family. Living in Calgary you can be sure to get an inspection that's sure to run you $170 or more and then I bet I could also guarantee that they will find something wrong with it in hopes that you'll bring it back and have them fix it. Making even more money off of you. At Parrs, I was in and out with an inspection that ran me $70 not $170. Granted you're paying for gas, but are you also paying for peace of mind? At Parrs Ltd. I feel like I am so it's worth the drive for me.
