We came on a day when we thought the weather at the beach was going to be less than ideal - lucky for us, the Zipline tours operate rain or shine. We ended up having great weather for it too! It was super easy to book. Once we got there, they got us kitted out, then we went through a quick (yet thorough) instruction on how to safely zipline. It was a group of 5 of us plus our guides. The tour took about 2 - 2.5 hours, and you get to go on 10 different ziplines. It was a fun way to spend an afternoon. This is based on MY experience; therefore, the following is MY OWN personal thoughts and opinion:…read more I wish I had been told beforehand to READ YELP REVIEWS and BEWARE of previous experiences. In retrospect (from reading the other Yelp reviews) we came out better than a few others. If you are seeking a company that puts customer satisfaction and possibly safety first, I ADVISE YOU TO READ ALL YELP REVIEWS BEFORE booking chartered trips and familiarize yourself with all terms - this applies to any and all business you are considering. We expected some rocking in the water on the trip out; however, we never anticipated there would be what felt like real safety issues, bouncing so hard that it threw some of us off the seats and caused those standing to grab anything within reach to hang on. It slowed the boat down to four knots and caused the crew to inform us that at that speed, it would take us another two hours to reach our fishing spot and this was after already traveling for an hour. We were asked if we wanted to continue or turn around and possibly reschedule for another time. No promises were made by the crew, but the rescheduling idea was introduced by them. WE chose to turn around. Upon docking & preparing to exit the boat, we were given an envelope containing $320. We'd paid $1,960.00. After several voicemails left on the return trip in, my call was returned. After a discussion of events, a company representative talked with the crew and decided to refund an additional $580.00, bringing refund total to $900.00. He stated he had expenses - boat, fuel, crew (? - sign on boat stated crew works for tips so we gave them $200.00 for the hour - hour and half we were on the boat). We boarded the boat "assuming" businesses that provide services which are affected by weather conditions monitor all conditions and would have and use the knowledge and expertise to make a determination on whether a trip out was feasible or not, and if the safety, wellbeing of the crew and passengers and the satisfaction of customers was placed first, the engine would never be started; therefore, there would be no expenses. Again, this was/is MY/OUR assumption. After the fact, family members searched Yelp reviews and discovered it appears this was not the first and only such incident. Additional Note: We were also "gifted" two vouchers for a half day charter. Our group of 25 might have to draw straws to see who gets to add those to their portion of the refund. I'd asked for 16 so our local family could use that and the out of state family could receive the majority of their initial payment. Well, Two is better than ZERO!

We listened to fun music, saw dolphins up close, and then got a beautiful boat ride up down the North Myrtle Beach coast. Kids and adults had fun! Highly recommend! Also a note on great customer service: we went out on an afternoon trip. Due to high winds, and therefore high waves, the captain turned around before getting to the Atlantic Ocean. We were given the option to get our $$ back or reschedule. We rescheduled and had a wonderful time the next day. Appreciate the great customer service and flexibility. I love how everything is included before booking so you don't need to worry about dragging your own booze onto the boat. They take complimentary photo which is pretty nice as well so you can kick back and relax and they catch all the action. The tour was three hours and Pontiki brings you through the intercostal waterway and then brings you to one of the island beaches in the marina for an hour. There beach was lovely and there was a really nice sandbar further down the island that my husband and I decided to enjoy. It was about a 10 minute walk from the boat and one of the workers brought us beer all the way over there to enjoy! Great music and they were happy to take requests. Beer pong was also a ton of fun! I was talking to one of the workers and they constantly host different events throughout the week. Great for groups or even couples looking to let loose! We will definitely be back!

He offered to grab food for our dinner cruise from a chain, but due to proximity and suggestions from friends, we decided to get supper from Snooky's, and it was good. I've never sailed before and this charter was a birthday present from my husband. Captain John asked if I'd like to help on the boat, and I DID. He let me hoist the main sail, steer the ship, help dock, and put away the sails. He taught me proper sailing terminology, but I've forgotten it. Sorry Captain John! The rest of my crowd sat back, enjoying the wine, food, and sea. We shared music (What was the name of the group you played for us?), had a beautiful sunset, and a peaceful, calm evening. It was exactly the escape I needed! I stood at the bow of the ship when we got into some waves between the ocean and inland waterway. It was thrilling, like the best roller coaster ever! After my experience with Enchanted Sailing Charters, I've decided instead of traveling the world when I retire, I want to sail it. It was an awesome trip. As far as Covid goes, Captain John told me up front that he and his deck hand (Jeff, who was awesome too! Shout out to the best millionaire deck hand ever.) would be wearing masks and it would be up to our group if we wore masks or not. We chose not to. He also provided hand sanitizer. Social distancing wasn't really on option on a sailboat, but their concessions to the new protocols were very good, and their number one priority was to make us feel safe. I called and got some information over the phone and was told I could text Captain Joel for any additional questions. Joel was super responsive and quickly answered all of our way too many questions. We decided two days ago to finalize a date which took us out on the barge today. We had a BLAST. Unfortunately, two members of our party couldn't make it but three of us and the two dogs went on a 4 hour tour and had a great time. The ride was so relaxing, Captain Joel was so funny and friendly, the island was gorgeous and overall we just can't say enough our amazing experience! We got a time set up and were ready to roll. Captain Joel was a great host! We had a blast on our four-hour excursion. He was completely accommodating and let us create our own trip. When we mentioned considering stopping at a bar on the way back, he was more than willing to make that happen. Deciding to fish last minute? Joel and his first mate Corey scrummed for bait and got us set up. He even let us hang out on the boat for an extra beer after we'd finished.
