They sent an email with all the follow up details which were very clear and direct. You do have to take a Florida boaters course but it's pretty quick and easy to do. That does cost an additional $9.99. The best part was the person helping us and setting up my husband with the jet ski. His name was Conner. He was so kind and personable. Everything felt safe and organized. My husband had a blast! They also had ATV rentals here and many other things. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!! Had a chance to take grandson and son fishing. Booked these guys way…read moreahead of time, got a confirmation that I was paid and confirmed for Sunday 8/2/26 at 11am. We get there early to be ready, and about 45 minutes to the confirmed time, and called the assigned captain to make sure we were where we needed to be....no answer. Okay, we are about 25 minutes out from leaving, called again no answer... no answer. This repeats two times more, and getting a bit worried about things going sideways, so I called iOutdoor Adventures. Got someone who identified herself "as the manager of iOutdoor adventures, who seemed very put out by the call, but said she would get the captain to call me. He does, and right after I identify myself, he starts saying I am mistaken, we are not booked for Sunday 8/2/26, he has us down for Monday 8/3/26. I tell him I am looking at the conformation, and it says Sunday 8/2/26. Now he starts blaming iOutdoor Adventures, that it's all a bunch of 3rd party folks, he just contracts with them, and THEY mucked it up. So, I call the lady back I spoke to earlier, she says no, he is an employee, she confirms my reservation...long story shorter, after calls back and forth between them, with each blaming the other, she finally just says, I can't get you a captain, the assigned captain "got his scheduling wrong", as if that settled a HUGE waste of time and money. Which she obviously did not care about, acted like I was the one being annoying for being upset about their FUBAR, and then sighs and said "there is nothing she can do, she can refund my money, and offer me $50 bucks if I choose to rebook. Yeah, that's going to happen...ever. Like $50 off another of their screw-ups was even worth the gas and time I wasted on them. They were the most unprofessional, uncaring, not give a crap about how their unprofessional behavior ruined this, refused to take responsibility for anything, and were the rudest people I have dealt with in a long while. So, all we could do was pack up and make the long drive home It's your money and time, so if you want to waste it on them that's on you. You have been warned. After I read the reviews, apparently, I am not the only one this has happened to either. And because they acted like it was no big deal that they wasted my time, money and effort, because of their own BS, and then acted like no big deal pal, you'll get over it, no skin off our noses, I am going to make sure to hit every review I can so that other folks that like to fish are not drawn in by, in my opinion, complete uncaring fraudsters.

We came to Orlando for my friends wedding. I knew that flying in a hot air balloon was on my wife's…read morebucket list so prior to our trip, I looked online for various tours and decided to book with Tom's company as an early 5-year wedding anniversary gift to my wife. I'm glad I did! Tom was very informative throughout the booking process, night before confirmation, and day-of events. We went out to our launch site and participated in prepping the envelope (balloon) for flight. We then launched into the air for a flight of about 1-hour and it did not disappoint. Tom is very friendly and answered all of our questions (which we had a ton since we're from Hawaii and we don't have hot air balloons). He gave so much information about why the balloon does what it does in the air, our flight speed and pattern, the landing process, and how it all started. After we landed, we had a few mimosa's and some snacks and interacted with the other passengers. 100/10 definitely recommend!!! We take this the most when we are at the Polynesian, which we tend to hang out a lot at, so this time around, we did take the boat several times. While I like the buses then the monorail the best, the boat come third in my opinion.

The Magic Kingdom docks provide an alternative way to get to various resorts from the Magic Kingdom…read moreif you don't want to use the monorail or bus transportation. The entrances are clearly labelled as to where the boats are headed including the one for the ferry to the ticket and transportation center. During our visit we wanted to take a boat back from the Magic Kingdom to the Polynesian resort where we were staying. We found our enclosed queue area and was glad it was covered since it was raining. I hear the man in charge telling the kids ahead of me how the boats are different and they carry different colored flags to indicate where they were headed. I asked about the frequency of our resort launch. I was told they sail every 15 minutes but it is not clearly specified if that is on the hour. We waited about 10 minutes and our boat launch pulled up. The seats were wet but we were wet already from the rain. I was extremely impressed with the man in charge of our launch. He wanted to insure safety and told us not to exit until he had secured the boat firmly at the dock which we were heading. We then sailed off on the seven seas lagoon headed first to the Grand Floridian to drop off and pick up passengers there. The ride was smooth and not choppy. He then took us to the Polynesian. Total time in the launch was 15 minutes which would explain that there must be two in operation for each destination group. He helped us out of the boat and we were on our way through the Polynesian docks back to the resorts. It's not the fastest way to get to and from the park but it is more laid back and you are assured of a seat. Definitely worth at least one trip if you are staying at one of the Magic Kingdom resorts!
