Capt Mike slowed down for us to see some dolphins not once but twice and Brandi was so incredibly sweet she helped the kids make necklaces and held their hand for them to throw flowers in for my family. My husband called the number provided for this company and nobody answered. he waited about 5 minutes and called again, still no answer. Around 7:22am the number texted my husband saying he wasn't notified that we booked the trip and he would not be able to take us out that morning. He did refund us all of our money, took about a week and half to two weeks to get our refund. This charter lacks all around. Do not book with them.

I liked him enough to book two full-day trips with him for myself and a buddy 8 mos in advance. So last week, we fished for Tarpon, Grouper, Snapper (several kinds), Amberjack, and even caught a Cobia and hooked a small shark. The AmberJack fight like banshees, and the Grouper were big enough to stress your arms to the max! I have never tasted fish as sweet as Mangrove Snapper and Red Snapper. We limited out easily in the first 90 minutes! We fished in-shore; Tampa Bay under the Sunshine bridge; sandbars; "the Hole"; and 40+ miles off-shore on those two days. Had a blast!!! Knowledgeable, friendly, laid back, smooth boat, adjusts his methods to your level of ability, and just flat out works hard!!! Just don't book him on the days I go back!!!

There was no way to leave a voicemail, and despite messages clearly being read, I received no response. Then, just four hours before the scheduled trip, a generic automated email was sent canceling the experience and instructing customers to request a refund. After that, communication again became nonexistent. I received no response regarding next steps for the refund despite repeated outreach. Unfortunately, I ultimately had to file a dispute with my bank to recover the payment for a service that was never rendered. Weather cancellations are understandable -- poor communication and lack of customer support are not.

I can say with honesty that this was by far the best one we've done. Usually when we do these, there are tons of people and barely room to move around. I find myself hoarse afterwards yelling for my child to stay close trying to sift through all the people. There were maybe 4 other families on the boat and there was plenty of space to move around. The activities they did with the kids were awesome, including a water gun fight, sword fight, story and face painting. We even saw dolphins during our cruise. My oldest son said it was his favorite pirate cruise yet. The crew was truly excellent and we are so grateful we lucked out and had them make our experience so special.
