Honestly Captain Mike and Brandi were amazing and definitely made the experience even more memorable. Capt Mike slowed down for us to see some dolphins not once but twice and Brandi was so incredibly sweet she helped the kids make necklaces and held their hand for them to throw flowers in for my family. Definitely a way better experience than last time and I was able to finally put my father in his resting place.

I can say with honesty that this was by far the best one we've done. Usually when we do these, there are tons of people and barely room to move around. I find myself hoarse afterwards yelling for my child to stay close trying to sift through all the people. There were maybe 4 other families on the boat and there was plenty of space to move around. The activities they did with the kids were awesome, including a water gun fight, sword fight, story and face painting. We even saw dolphins during our cruise. My oldest son said it was his favorite pirate cruise yet. The crew was truly excellent and we are so grateful we lucked out and had them make our experience so special.

I reserved a pontoon boat for 12 people, but several guests canceled and we ended up with 7. I had…read morecalled the night before and informed the staff of the change, but when we arrived, we were told we didn't have the correct number of passengers for the boat assigned to us. As a result, we were moved between three different boats before finally leaving the dock. The first boat we were assigned was very nice. The second boat was much smaller, and after watching our group struggle to find seating, the staff member agreed it wasn't a good fit and moved us again. Once we boarded the third boat, the door immediately broke and had to be taped shut. We were also informed that the dashboard buttons and electrical plugs did not work. During the orientation, we were told the seats "might not be bolted down," the motor shouldn't be lowered completely because something could pinch, and the included lily pad was ripped. While none of these issues prevented us from using the boat, they did raise concerns about the overall condition and maintenance of the equipment. To her credit, she provided a helpful map, pointed out the best sandbars, provided a speaker that lasted several hours and seemed genuinely invested in improving the fleet. She clearly works hard. However, her attitude throughout the experience was disappointing. We were repeatedly told we would be charged if we returned late, yet we were delayed at departure because of the multiple boat changes. We ended up having a fantastic day on the water and the boat got us safely to and from the sandbar. However, when I politely mentioned that the boat itself was in very rough condition, the response I received was, "Honey, it's a boat rental." Overall, the location and day on the water were great, but the condition of the boat and the customer service left a lot to be desired.
