They can't seem to keep your personal items out of their pockets. They stole my earphones and my adapter piece for my iPhone. They also left their cup in my back seat. And my windshield and side mirrors was wiped poorly where I can see every stroke. This wasn't my first time here but it'll be my last time. I should be able to get my car washed and trust that everything that belong to me will still be their when your done and if I'm paying for a car wash I expect a proper one. read more

I'm not sure what this place is but definetely not a car wash. They pour water (no soap, wax, etc.) on your car and wipe it with rags. The original price was $12 for basic wash. I was charged $16. I did not question, just wanted to get out of that place. read more

I paid $35 for their premium car wash. They wouldn't even wipe my seats or the doors. They said i would have to pay for detailing to get a wipe on my seats. And they did a pretty lousy job with the rest of the car too. read more

I couldn't be more displeased with the service(or lack thereof). Floor mats were dirty, dash still had marks and spots all over and the windows were foggy due to dirty rags! Even called to explain my frustration to the manager and was told he wasn't available and was unlikely to call me back. They won't be earning my repeat business, that's for sure. Asked for a specific part of exterior to be cleaned near trunk, paid extra for it, and it was not fully cleaned...barely wiped and had streaks of dirt. So I went back to the guys who said it would be cleaned and they said "oh no we don't do that." I said - that is exactly what I asked about and you said it would be. I also pointed out some bugs that were still on the inside on ledge behind rear seats and they said - we don't do that. One guy yelled at me and when I asked for the manager...he stomped away saying he would get he owner, clearly saying "get the f*ck outta here!" Gouging during COVID! They want to add a minimum of $15 to every wash to vacuum the inside of the car!!! It would have been a $41 car wash. These guys have been bad since they took over a few years ago, but this explains why you never see lines anymore. Sub-par work and service for over-inflated prices. I drove to Cockeysville and got a better package with vacuuming included for $1 cheaper than their most expensive package that did NOT include vacuuming. Waste of money. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. I went with the Super Works thinking that they would be more thorough with the cleaning. However, this was not the case. Firstly, they didn't not clean anything off of the outside. Rather, they just moved dirt around. There were still marks that should have been cleaned. Additionally they left water marks all over the paint and window. I had to take my car elsewhere for another car wash after leaving due to the poor quality. Secondly, the interior seats had dirt on them (from when they sat inside to clean the windows. Next, the windows still had streaks on the insides. My last experience here was not great either, but I attributed that to them being busy. However, it seems they have consistently poor quality. My advice is to find somewhere else if you don't want to throw away money. read more

This was my second time coming to this car wash. First time was really quick, great service. This second time I paid for the premium service and when I got my car back there was a new scratch in the paint and I had to ask them to remove giant clumps of dirt that were still on the outside of the car. Not worth the price and now I have to pay to have the paint fixed on my car which is only six months old. Don't go here. read more

This place was horrible. If I could give negative stars, I would. I opted for the premium (top tier) car wash which included a fragrance. When I went inside to pay, I was informed that their computer was "Offline." I was told that they would need to swipe my card again to issue a refund even though a receipt for the transaction printed and I showed them verification of the pending service charge from my bank app on my phone. The same thing happened to a patron in front of me. While this debacle was occurring an older gentleman came in and asked if anyone was getting any tire services. Myself and three others answered "yes." Following the issues with the debit card, I came outside to find that my car had not been cleaned thoroughly. The center console was not cleaned, there was no fragrance, and my seats and trunk had not been cleaned and there were streaks on my mirrors. I saw other patrons who asked for tire services cleaning their own tires. I also saw a lady who was in line with me complain about her center console not being cleaned. Essentially, I paid $35 for a rinse and vacuum. Don't spend your hard earned money here. read more

HORRIBLE WASH AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! WHITE SPOTS SPLATTER ALL OVER MY INTERIOR. I went to Captain Car Wash on 7/10/2018. I paid $28.99 for The Works. The actual wash of the outside of the car was just okay. A lot of dirt spots were missed. The main problem was that there was white spots splattered all over my car. (you can see this in pictures I posted) I went back at Captain Car Wash 2 days later to show them what happened and to either receive a clean up of the mess or my money back. I asked for the manager and the person I asked said he was the manager (in the back of my head I knew he was not the manager) I explained to him what happened and showed it to him. He told me that I would have to pay for a detail to have it cleaned up. I told him that I didn't understand why I would have to pay for something THEY did. Then another man came over and asked me to explain everything again. I did, and the man told me the same thing, I have to pay for a detail. I explained that the mess happened when I came to this car wash. Finally the REAL manager appeared and was extremely rude towards me! Again I explained and showed him what happened. The manager kept saying that they did not do it. I told him that they did. I also explained that it probably happened by accident, which is okay. I wasn't accusing anyone of making a mess on purpose. I said to the manager that "I am being very calm about the situation, even tho he was not. I just want it wiped up or to get a refund". The manager kept saying it wasn't them and that he would not clean up something they didn't do and he was not going to give me a refund. The manager was basically calling me a liar which was the most frustrating situation! WHY IN THE WOULD WOULD I LIE ABOUT SOMETHING LIKE THIS! The manager said that he would not waste his good cleaning chemicals on my car to clean up the mess. He would only allow them to use Windex. So now I have Windex all over my good leather. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a car wash. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO A PLACE WHERE THE MANAGER IS DISRESPECTFUL TO A FEMALE CUSTOMER. read more

This place is not only a rip off with pricing, but they are slow as hell. I have a car that is definitely a compact and could actually fall into the subcompact size. I waited an hour for my car. I only wanted the exterior done with tire shine. That price was the same as the full service -$22. Freak'n rip off. I opted for the full service since I would end up paying that price anyway, but told them to only vacuum the front drivers seat because the rest of the flooring was clean. Even after all of that, actually waited over an hour. This place is run by asians which you would think would have a efficient production line... not!!! I do not recommend! read more

I just went to the carwash and wanted to get my car a smart car washed The car was driven into the tracks of the car wash and got stuck because it was driven to close to the side and the manger got into the car and drove it out without stopping or doing the things I paid for I could hear the tires screeching due to the closeness of the track.no apologies or anything . DO NOT PATRON THIS BUSINESS! I won't even rate this business it was so terrible. After getting home and looking at the interior I was disgusted with the worker performance. They not only didn't even do a minimum of cleaning of the mats by taking them out to shake the dirt off they didn't even vacuum the floor!!!! I had to re-wipe the surfaces and re-vacuum the interior. It was a complete rip off. The only thing acceptable was the exterior wash which I could have easily gone to wash only business. I went to get my car washed. They have to many options so you are literally paying for everything. The water pressure CHIPPED the PAINT on the HOOD of my car. I went back spoke with manger. He says the whispers would scratch it. But it wasn't the wipers it was the water pressure. They also DO NOT do a good job cleaning the inside or your windows. They will clean your window and put their bare hand right back on when trying to clean something else. They use to be good before covid. I dont know if management has changed and the people are different that work there. But will never go back again.You have to pay extra out side of a regular rinse which is 12.00 but the next one is 17.00. You have to be extra for getting you tired or hub caps or rims cleaned. 17.00 doesn't even cover for them to clean your console just the dash and you get a car wash. If you go, check your car when you get out all the way around inside and out. even after they vacuum. Also, at the end. This price isn't bad no, but the more you want done the price goes up for the little stuff. You're better off going to a gas station drive through and vacuuming your car out yourself. read more

The vacuuming job was sub par, at best. They never touched the back seats, nor the trunk. No baby powder fragrance, which is part of the Premium Works. Console was not touched with any cleaning product, or cloth. Although the majority of the car was clean, but overall, not a very good job for $36. read more

This place is a disaster and is only open because there only competition is in Cockeysville. Though im glad they are here for times you are in a pinch dont expect the car to be "clean" especially wheels and interior panels. The customer service from the stone age. I was a detailer and i would label the service a "wash & vacuum with glass" which was my cheapest service at 25 bucks. If i was them id lower my prices the price has surpassed its value. read more

I went there after I had already vacuumed my car out and got the 2nd package option. The outside of my car was still dirty after. My floor mats look like they just sprayed them with water and left the dirt/mud. Barely wiped down the inside. For $30 anyone would have done a better job. read more

I will not go to this car wash again. I paid $36 for the premium/works car wash because I wanted the most done on the inside of my car (it needed a lot heavy vacuuming inside, salt all over the mats, trunk covered in dog foot prints etc.) When I got the car back I had to ask them to redo the mats right away because there was still salt stuck all in the creases of the mats, as if they barely got them wet. Vacuuming was subpar, still had bits of dirt and pine needles here and there. Looked like they didn't even bother to vacuum the back seat because there were car seats in the back, still had dog hair all over the back seat. Trunk looked like they didn't even touch it. I took my car to this car wash which has apparently changed ownership. When I drove my car to the car wash, it was in perfect condition and the body was perfect. I waited my turn to have my car vacuumed and ushered into the car wash by an employee when I witnessed an older employee screaming at a young man because he had tripped over a cone. I left my car, and I asked the young man if he was ok. He seemed nervous and worried that I had witnessed his supervisor blowing up at him for an innocent mistake of tripping. The young man excused himself and began to vacuum my car. I was told to go into the car wash building and pay. I entered the building and watched for my car to come through the car wash. I was perplexed that it was taking more than fifteen minutes before I saw my car. The woman whose car had entered the car wash before mine had her car, but she turned to me in a common waiting room and said,"they damaged your car. Look. There is a piece of your bumper in the middle of the car-wash building." At first, I didn't understand what she was trying to tell me, and then I realized that not only was part of the bumper lying in the middle of the car wash, but there was a light ripped out and the remaining wires were hanging from the front right side of the bumper. I was stunned and I asked to speak to a manager. I was told there was no manager, and the cashier said there was no one to speak with about this incident. A patron told me that the twenty-something owner was sitting in an office behind two-way mirrors. I demanded to speak to him, and he eventually emerged. He refused to give me his name and he drinker damaging my car. I called the police and waited 2 hours for them to arrive. They said that they had many calls about this business, but they couldn't do anything as it was a civil matter. There is no question that one of the employees hit something with my car that knocked the bumper and light off. I just got the final bill for this nightmare, and it is going to cost $590.00 to repair the damage Captain Carwash did to my car. That does not include the $23.00 for the car wash. My advice is STAY AWAY. The owner is unscrupulous and dishonest beyond. read more
