Maybe that's the 90s in me, but there is something about staying in your car that makes it convenient and you get a show. My mom has joined a rewards/payment program something or other for her car washes. Like a punch card. She enjoys it. It makes it much easier. When we arrived we went right in. There was a small line, but no issues. We entered the tunnel of love and and the van was treated to a fantastic bath. The water, soap and cloths did everything they needed to do. She came out clean, and dried well. No complaints really. If you need all the extras and bells and whistles, this may not be for you. But, if you need a place that will get your car wash, is convenient and is priced reasonably, come in the Luv Tunnel!

She was working her tail off from helping people driving up to the machine where you choose your wash/pay, moving the line along, using a brush to pre wash car before they went thru the wash, helping folks to dry their car, applying tire shine, etc. I was so impressed! I live literally around the corner from another LUV location and I do not experience any of this. They actually had towels available for drying off your car. I was able to pull into a carport with 3 walls to dry and vacuum my car. There are vacuums both near the front and the back of the car. It was great! My car came out clean and I have no complains! I will most definitely be returning to this location!

I have been trying for months to reach this business by phone, and have not had one phone call returned, despite leaving a couple of messages. I finally decided to try reaching out through Yelp. I thought that I'd finally made some headway, as shortly after filling out the form, I received a response with a list of their services and their prices. But it turns out that was merely an automated system response. Where it gets worse is I responded with the service that I would have liked. . . But crickets. Even though Yelp showed that my message was "Read". I gave them a few days, assuming that they were just busy. But I can't believe that a business can be so busy as to not provide at least an acknowledgement. My final communication was reaching out to thank them for their initial automated response and mentioning that I assume they have no availability. And again. . . crickets. The final straw was the notification that my message on Yelp had indeed been received and "Read", yet still ignored. I really wanted and tried to support this women-owned business, but I am extremely disappointed in their lack of communication. Reply to Business Owner's Response: A quick search of my cell phone's call history shows that I did in fact call the correct number. The screenshot below shows that I have been trying to reach out to you since May 2025. And if you look closer, you will see that each of the icons are outgoing calls. Not one call back was ever received from you, despite the voicemail messages that I left. Additionally, I still have my landline, so a couple of calls were also made using that phone number. However, I don't feel that it's necessary to provide a screenshot of those call records. After my last call of October 28, 2025, I finally reached out to you through Yelp in November 2025, which leads us to this review.
