Run away! Took our car here for a wash close to closing time. The next day, I noticed a plastic access door on my rear bumper was gone. Called multiple times and left messages - they never called back. Lame. Could not get back there for a few days as I had to go out of town. By the time I got back, I chalked it up to experience and will never, ever, ever, ever go there again. Ignore the great reviews - look at the folks who had wiper arms ripped off. read more

Extremely rude and lacking communication skills. Dave, the manager , chose to yell and stab out his fingers in a direction, instead of talking to me. It's inexpensive, but not worth the rude treatment. Very basic services and tight space to use the vacuums. Will not return or recommend to others. read more

If you only want an exterior wash, it's not too bad. But this is not a full-service car wash.

I like it. It is not spotless clean but fast, efficient, friendly. They cannot do detailing without scheduling, just a heads-up. But I like that they let you use the vacuum to clean inside of your car. I might return for a detailing clean. read more

Had issue with broken wiper which occurred because they didn't tape it down as they usually do (as I asked them after a previous problem). Yesterday the attendant did not tape the blade and it broke. When confronted, he lied to me by responding he never taped it before. To their credit, manager called and I went in and they fixed blade. Unfortunately, I don't feel I can't go back there again because of dishonest employee I had confrontation with and don't trust, so manager canceled my membership with no refund for half month not used. Also canceled my wife's membership. If you use them please be careful. read more

10 year old Dodge Ram 1500. The is good but the contamination is deep. Leo subjected that we they hand wash it, clay bar it and hand wax it. And go from there. It's 10 yrs old has been taken care of but never garaged. The Truck turned out beautifully, just like I was hoping it would The guys did a great job. They were supposed to do just the paint, but did other exterior cleaning. Taking my wife's SUV there in a couple of weeks for full detailing In & out. As far as price they are about in the middle to low side,but the price and the extras they did it was I thought a good deal plus friendly people. read more

I was a car wash "member" here for many years. I recently cancelled my membership after my rear wiper blade was broken AGAIN. I requested that they DO NOT tape it down, I never had a problem before they started doing that, yet they insisted. The first time it broke the manager decided to replace. I allowed him to and he installed the entire wiper arm of a part that does not belong to my car. I had no idea until it was time to replace wiper blade and I took it to the dealer. Replacing the entire rear arm blade is costing me hundreds of dollars. I will make sure no one I know takes their nice new cars here. Had he been honest I could have had this fixed for $20-30. My 1 year old vomited all over her car seat and the rear row of my truck. I have cloth seats and my truck was brand new. I was very concerned of the odor and wanted it addressed quickly and the manager at this location made it happened same day 1 hour later. I was very disappointed. I paid for the deluxe wash with wheel cleaning. The front wheels were not thoroughly cleaned, and I asked to have them wiped. Nope. I asked to borrow a dirty drying towel to finish them myself. The attendant politely called the manager who declined my request, and said, the wheels were very dirty, he sprayed them but it is only an exterior wash and he would not do anything about them, or even lend me a used towel to wipe them myself. BTW, the wheels were not inside the car! I told him I was not satisfied that I got what I paid for. His response: "Have a nice day, sir". Not what I would expect for a $16 wash. This carwash is fantastic! I'm always leering of trying new car wash places, but after one visit my car looks brand new! I especially like that you don't have to get out of your car, unless you want to use the free vacuums. They even hand dry your car for you, which is very nice. read more

Wow, I was blown away for the service here. We came all the way in from Philly because a friend told us it was worth it - we absolutely agree. The detail alone was a great job, but the customer service and the communication was phenomenal. They kept updating us and even though we paid for 2 hours they ended up taking 2 hours 40 min because they wanted to get every last detail. Literally the first time I have left a poor review for anything. I spent $12 today and $2 tip for a car wash and the hood was not completely clean. When I asked the Manager Matt if I could run the car through again he refused. He didn't care that I would not be returning. I also asked him if the wax was ok for my soft convertible and he said it was fine. I just googled and it's not recommended. I definitely do not recommend this car wash for quality or service!!! It's a rare thing finding a business with five star ratings that are absolutely legitimate. Just got my G90 back from Auto Spa. I'm extremely particular about my car. Their work is impeccable! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They noticed my window wipers were so worn that they were scratching my front window shield so they tried to buff out the marks for me (for free).
