Since you changed the fish, I almost puked when I took a bite of it!!!!!!!!! It's trash fish. Taste awful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I will never go back into they change there fish!!!!!!!!! It's possible it made the switch to swai (a freshwater white fish) in order to save some cash as it's a much cheaper fish to source. Money issues might also explain the decrease in perceived portion sizes. Shakesha deserves a round of applause! The most enjoyable fast food experience of my life. She was friendly and personable. She even came out to the dinning rooms several times to pre bus tables and ask each table if there was anything we needed. I've been to high end restaurants that didn't have the level of customer service that she gave to us. Compliments to the kitchen as well, it was delicious. read more

Currently on a big trip back to Missouri and decided to find a Captain D's to eat at. Walking in, it looked clean and promising, decor was good. Because of a long time on the road I went straight to the bathroom and that's where things took a turn for the worst. The Bathroom was small, with only 1 urinal and 1 stall, and was pretty dirty. While doing my business at the urinal, many more men stepped in making the bathroom even more cramped, with a line forming. Now, walking over to the sink, I "attempted" to get soap. But it fell apart in my hands. Leaving the restroom, I noticed the windows which were actually clean! I ordered my food, which was like a 30 minute wait. (At least they cooked it fresh.) Then I took in a number of more problems. The drive-thru speaker was really loud and I could here people putting in their orders, meanwhile the employees are arguing with each other wondering who would do what. Still waiting, I watched the receipt machine break for a different customer. SHEESH! Finally we got our food, which is the only thing saving this Captain D's from 1 star. The food was actually pretty good and I recommend this business only if they make a lot of changes! read more

We were headed back from AR from a graduation and while staying in Tupelo found this restaurant close to our hotel. This place is a gem and well worth our visits when we are traveling through. I'd love to go when they have live music but not sure when we will be driving through.

Overall a nice thoughtful menu that rarely disappoints.
