I recently ordered a filet mignon for delivery and received meat that was clearly spoiled. Anyone who has ever cooked steak knows the unmistakable foul odor that spoiled beef spills fills the room. ....To not be able to recognize the smell and feel of spoiled/rotten meat raises serious concerns that the those handling the meat have no idea what they are doing. I spoke with the manager, Dynasty, who apologized but directed me to resolve the issue through DoorDash rather than addressing it directly. While I understand third-party ordering policies, serving spoiled food is a food safety issue that should be handled at the restaurant level immediately. Most recently (Jan 2026), I had the Filet Mignon cooked medium-rare. It was served with a crawfish cream sauce, broccoli, and mashed potatoes, which was filling, comfort food. * Lighter Fare: The Salmon Cobb Salad is generously portioned with sweet salmon and fresh veggies. * Appetizers & Dessert: The menu leans into rich, comforting starters (the Broccoli Bites with cheese and bacon are an award-winning local favorite). I DoorDashed the blackened catfish and I selected my SIDE item. They delivered this (photo below) and told me that when I chose a side, it substitutes the grits it's served on (per the manager). Nice piece of fish and a roll for $27. (Oh and a cup of soup). Management doesn't seem to care. I'm beyond floored. The manager basically hung up the phone after telling me the reason you get a side in the restaurant is the waitress puts it in differently. Are you kidding me? Harvey's do better. read more

Overall very well done menus. Home made cheese sticks are huge and very good. The surprise is the side of chicken noodle soup. Yes it's great. My wife and I seam to always have the delta chicken. Very well seasoned and with a great creamy sauce. It's a large meal and I usually get the chicken noodle soup as the second side and take it home for lunch the next day. Steaks are good but usually with pineapple or other sauce and not how I generally like my steak. I prefer salt and pepper and medium rare. But the steak is still well prepared and good. Overall a nice thoughtful menu that rarely disappoints. read more

I haven't been to Harveys in years. My cousins and I were all in town and decided to come here. The last time I came the food was really good. We made a reservation for 6:30 and didn't get seated until 45 minutes to an hour later. It was a busy night, but that was the reason for the reservation. That should have been an indication of how the night was going to go. We finally got seated, put in our appetizer orders. The fried mushrooms were good. My sister ordered spinach dip and the dip was cold. So we just shared my mushrooms. I ordered the seafood pasta which I was excited about trying. The sauce was good but the noodles were so overcooked they were mushy. I was so disappointed bc I was looking forward to a great meal. Now, my cousins and I still had a great time fellowshipping with one another and just enjoying each other's company. I doubt I will be back here the next time I'm in town. read more

Biggest slab of fat I've ever seen.You can have fat around the edge on prime rib but 1/3 of this cut is fat. The rest of it chewy and tough. Pay attention! I'm paying almost $40 for a lot of fat? Don't think so...Harvey's overrated. Great service, though. But the food and wine...not worth it. I vote stay away until changes are made. read more

I had a great salad and their great creamy chicken noodle soup. My grandgirl had the salmon. As most know in food presentation is half the battle and you had her when the dish hit the table. We went to Harvey's on Father's Day not because we t was Fathers Day but because we were celebrating my sister! It was a very important day for my family!! We had to wait a long time which we expected, but we were seated in the bar for a part of 10. We were very comfortable, even though none of us drink. The waitress, Maddie, was the absolute BEST!! She took our drinks and order and we never waited on anything! Not a refill , not our food, she brought everything to us in a timely manner and our glasses never got empty!! This was the best visit I have ever had to Harvey's and I have lived here all my life!! Great job Harvey's!! read more
