Brian of Captain Locksmith got there early and had the car opened before my scheduled arrival time and even had a new spare key programmed for me- all at a total cost less than half of what I would have paid for a dealer replacement key alone, never mind the lock picking service. Just wow. TC needs more entrepreneurs like this guy . He even would have just invoiced me on trust as he finished just before I arrived and called to let me know it it was finished and he was leaving the key just as I was walking up- that's the kinda local handshake business relationships I like to support. Captain Lock Pick is a bonafide superhero. I accidentally locked my keys and my phone in my car while it was running (I know) and I went into the hardware store across the street to use the phone. Called the police station, they were unavailable. Called a towing company. Unavailable. Noticed a cool dude in the hardware store who had a unique and somewhat otherworldy excellence about him. Called another one - $200 and 45 minutes. Not doable. Called the last one in the area. They answered. I said "Hello. I locked my keys in my car and it's running..." Suddenly the awesome guy was right next to me. "I'm a locksmith and I have my tools in my van out front." I got off the phone with the tow company and went outside. This man grabbed his tools and unlocked my car in 30 seconds flat. No struggle, no words. I offered to pay him, he said "no charge. Have a great day." He gave me his card. Brian Johnson , owner, was very punctual. We had driven back from Florida, got to our house into the garage and our house door was locked from a neighbor watching our property with the key inside. I have had an emergency, and need a key for my car to start, and have been calling them for 3 days now. I have left 4 urgent voicemails, and even sent a detailed message on facebook, as well as sent them an email. I continue to call. Sometimes you can leave a voicemail, and other times the mailbox is full. So I don't know what is going on. I am definitely not happy, and still cannot use my vehicle. I have to move tomorrow and now have to have the vehicle towed to a dealership, and pay twice as much. So, I do not recommend them if you have an emergency situation. If you don't mind waiting days, weeks, and maybe even months....not too sure, then maybe they will work for you. I am very angry. read more
