Worker proceeded to put on his mask & gloves (Covid) and I met him at the door. He then (Forget his name unfortunately) puts on lil white shoe booties to protect our floor!!!! He explains his/their process and how long it should take (3 to 3 1/2 hours). He gets access to our hvac in the attic, takes down all ceiling diffusers and gets to it.
