My granddaughter had an immediate allergic reaction and felt like she could go into anaphylactic shock. She did not feel safe staying there. Within 10 minutes she reported everything to the front desk. The employee apologized profusely, assured her she would not be charged, and handed her a receipt showing a $0.00 balance. Manager Katie later charged her anyway and actually told her she should have asked them to spray bleach in the room--while she was already having difficulty breathing! This is completely unacceptable. Katie has no business treating guests this way. This property needs to be thoroughly inspected for mold, mildew, cigarette odors, and ventilation issues. The Health Department should investigate.

The bathrooms are stocked with soaps, conditioner, body wash in pumps mounted to the walls. I first saw this in Europe years ago and I'm glad it's catching on here in the U.S. If you forgot to pack those items it's great to have them already provided for you in the room and with less waste than those single packaged ones from years ago. The hotel has a small retail area for small microwaveable meals, snacks, candy, amd drinks. There is a pool, fitness center, and a bar/lounge on-site. Breakfast is served 6am -10am on the first floor and is included in the room rate. Make your own waffle, cereal, eggs, sausage, potatoes, oatmeal, yogurt, bagels and pastries, fresh fruit, juice, and coffee were available during my stay. This location is about 15-20 minutes from the Submarine base, and less than 10 minutes to Mohegan Sun, just off of I-395.

He looks at it and says "yeah I still can't give you this price". He acted like I was getting duped by a third-party seller, but it was literally on the website and not being honored. I asked to talk to a manager and was told there was none and that he was in charge and gets to decide. This was moments after he had said he just works there and could do nothing about it.

Unethical Hotel Practices - Don't Book Here…read more I booked a suite 9 months ahead through a well-known hotel booking app, fully paid and confirmed. I've used this app countless times with no problems and have stayed at this hotel 17 times in the past 3 years. Yet, the hotel downgraded my suite to a regular room. Staff were dismissive, corporate refused to assist, and talking to other guests revealed this is a recurring practice. It's clear the hotel deliberately downgraded rooms to sell them at higher rates during a sold-out Mohegan Sun concert. The app fixed the payment, but the hotel's customer service was nonexistent. Avoid this property unless you want to risk being ripped off.
