Then I tried to get something from their daily menu which was the chicken and rice, she said no again. I ended up leaving and decided to just come back in a lil bit. After walking around, I decided to check back around 3pm. Surprisingly, they now have the chicken. According to the worker, it was in the back and she didn't see it, uhm ok. I got the rotisserie chicken and brought it home. It was good, but to be honest I have tasted better. I also got my mom a chicken noodle soup because she wasn't feeling good. The soup was tasteless priced at $4.99 for a small cup, needless to say, I would not be ordering soup their again. The rotisserie chicken was cheap $7.50 for a whole chicken. On the bright side, it does smell amazing inside.

People do not go to Captree deli the older woman with sour look on her face wearing clothes meant for a thin 18 yr old is a sloppy saggy mess with A dirty mouth. Id advise you don't get food from someone/place that has no respect for you or the food you have to put in YOUR mouth. Lets all band together to get this woman trashed out just like her mouth and food. I brought the food back because it was burnt and thrown together with carelessness and when I asked her for my money back she said that the sandwich was fine. Meanwhile the sandwich was missing the lettuce, the tomatoes were falling out some were squished, the meat was burnt and the bread was Burnt, also crumbling pieces that turned into soggy bits of crap. The paper that wrapped it was wet and re wrapped in a sec sheet folded up like a paper bag not like a sandwich. It was sloppy. would you guys eat it? No I don't think so. so do me a favor folks instead of getting reamed out by a nasty New York deli WORKER/owner, whatever, who lacks proper customer service and food handling skills let's not go to Captree deli west islip and waste nine dollars on a sandwich that isn't even edible with an eye sore and nasty attitude behind the counter. read more
