I booked Capture Create Studios to film my wedding based off of a recommendation I received from the photographer I had booked. I was a covid bride, and had to postpone my wedding from its original date. The original videographer I had hired went out of business unfortunately, so Capture Create Studios came in when I had to replan the wedding for a later date in 2021. Jon, one of the owners of capture create, was who I communicated with from the day I inquired about video services and on. He was very patient with me when discussing package options, and was an all around nice guy! He also assured me that with the uncertainties of the pandemic, that he would work with me in anyway he could to get my big day filmed, and not to worry if we ended up having to change the date around again. Luckily, we didn't have to change the date again... but it was such a relief to know that he was willing to work with me, in the event of a date/location change. I got a great vibe from the e-mails and phone calls, and decided to book his company for my big day! Not only was the videographer (Brendan) that captured our day very kind, but he got amazing shots, and our final edit that Jon made of everything in the package I chose turned out SO beautiful! I received our video package back in a timely manner, and received updates on the progress of the package being finished as well! The thing that separates Capture Create Studios from the rest, was how important it was for them to get to know my husband and me. As individuals and as a couple, they really took the time to hear our story. Planning a wedding during a pandemic was so challenging and hard, but we are so grateful that Capture Create was there for us every step of the way. Not only were they there for our intimate wedding ceremony, but also for our wedding celebration 8 months later. Throughout this whole process, they always made sure to check-up on us, follow-up, and communicate. All these qualities are so important when you're trying to plan a million things during a time of a lot of uncertainties and stress. But I never had to worry or wonder when it came to our photography and videography. Finding the right photographer for our wedding was the most important aspect of our wedding to us because the photos and video captures the memories of one of the most important days of our lives! My husband and i got married 2 years ago on the one weekend in May that it was pouring rain! It was never ending that day. Chelsea and Jon were AMAZING. They took such beautiful photos despite the weather and stood out in the rain with us without any complaints. They even brought umbrellas for us and our bridal party which was above and beyond. We had them do our video as well and it is so beautifully done and captures our day perfectly. I can't really think of the words to say when trying to describe Jon and the team at Capture Create. I'm speechless on just about everything they do but I will do my best. When I first reached out Jon didn't send me price quotes and contracts like everyone else. Instead he wanted to meet my wife to be and me first. We spoke for over an hour just about everything really getting to know us before ever bringing up prices. Once we signed with them spoke with Jon a few times before the wedding about family and friend concerns (my parents are divorced and don't get along). The wedding day itself was just perfect. Jon and his team knew exactly what to do and really didn't pay attention or notice them that much. They just did there thing and didn't bother us with any questions because they knew what to do. Once we got the final product I was shocked. They maybe our wedding day look a millions times better than I actually remember it being lol I will say this though....you get what you pay for. Capture Create wasn't the best price and they required a lot of attention before the wedding. With that said you get what you pay for and if I had a chance to go back and do it again I would hire Jon and his team every single time. Pretty much from the moment we met Jon and Chelsea, we knew we wanted them for our wedding. They were always very responsive with any questions I had over the year between our booking and the wedding. I know many people are indecisive on spending the money on a videographer. I can say that without a doubt, if you hire Jon and Chelsea, it is well worth every single penny! We were engaged for a year and a half before we got married and we were in contact, the whole time. No hesitation, or groans with all of our questions and request! The day of, they arrived even before we had asked, just to get some INCREDIBLE drone shots. They stayed all day, and we, honestly, forgot they were even there. Chelsea and Jon were my photographers at my wedding in September and they were AMAZING. They are both so laid back and professional.
