Very happy with my Capture Pod experience here in LA and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking to add a fun photobooth to their event. SO HAPPY I decided to go with these guys - Alex was able to answer all of my questions over the phone and help me decide which option was right for me and my event. They were there on time and set up. The person running the booth was friendly. Communication was great before and after. The props were great and the photos came out great. HOWEVER, we used the company because we wanted to be able to have guests text and email photos. My husband is in Tech so this was a must for him. biggest concern and let down is that our guests who had put their numbers in for texted photos got stuck in a que and photos were being sent to them during the week and a week later from ANOTHER EVENT! I contacted Capure Pod when I was looking for a photobooth service for my wedding. Im sure if you are in the market, you have found hundreds of photobooth vendors and wonder which one to pick. Well look no further because Capture Pod is it! I was def a bride with a very specific vision in mind for my wedding and Capture Pod made it happen. From the beginning working with Alex Puentes was seamless. He was always very great with follow up via email or phone and was very accommodating. He was able to show me different styles (Capture Pod VS Capture Razzi) back drops graphics etc. Finally I was able to pick wanted and we were good to go.... until I changed my mind 2 weeks before the wedding. With out batting an eye, Alex was on it and changed my POD to a RAZZI and secured an amazing sequin gold backdrop for me (which looked AMAZING). Alex even planned out the set up to be done early before the guests arrived and had an attendant promptly there for when we opened the photobooth, just so it wouldn't interrupt the ceremony or dinner. The props were amazing, the attendant was great and of course the pictures were awesome. They even text you them on the spot... we blew up social media of course. LOVED Capture POD Photo Booth! It was the perfect way to engage and entertain our guests at our wedding. The booth prints 4 photo strips - 3 for the guest and 1 for our wedding scrapbook, which the photo booth attendant organizes for you right then and there! After taking the photo, the guest takes 1 photo strip, sticks it to a scrapbook page and writes a little note to the Bride and Groom. By the end of the event, you have a complete scrapbook full of photos and fun comments from all of your guests! It's a fun alternative to the traditional wedding guest sign in book, although we did have both, and extremely amusing to look at. With a variety of silly props to choose from, the guests have more than enough ways to get into character! Another cool feature the booth offers is the ability to text message the photo to whoever you'd like, right there from inside the booth. This is a FIRST CLASS photo booth setup and a great experience from start to finish. Alex was very professional, friendly and fun to work with. He answered all of my calls and emails immediately which is so refreshing these days, especially when planning a big event. No stress there! I chose the Capture Razzi open-air style booth with a sparkly silver sequined background for my daughter's Sweet 16 party. The guests had a blast and were extremely impressed with how unique it was. The photos are unlimited and super high quality and also come with a customized logo on the prints. The print strips dispense from the Pod within seconds and you can even text the photos to yourself right from the Pod as well! After the event, I was emailed a link containing all the photos from the night. My daughter is creating an amazing scrapbook and slideshow with all the photos for her memories of her special night.
