The day we met Renee, we were schedule for 1 hour. The session lasted 3 hours and it was such an incredible experience. One of our twins was not very cooperative but Renee was so patience and caring. So, my comments below about her professionalism during the shoot stil stand, but she was completely terrible at timing. I took our NEWBORN photos on February 20 mainly because I wanted to do birth announcements. I didn't get the proofs until March 25!! I didn't get the photos themselves until June. It's silly to send birth annoucements when the kid is 4 months old. Renee always had an excuse, so I wrote it up to bad luck and just figured she was really busy. As I mentioned earlier, I had bought the same package for my best friend who had her newborn photos taken mid August. She didn't get her proofs until the end of September. In the digital age we live in, is it really that tough to upload pictures?? Also, the Groupon I purchased included 24 photos "of your choice." I ordered 3 of these, 2 of those, etc. My friend is making her purchase and Renee is telling her that they have to be 24 different photos. I bought both Groupons at the same time, why is the policy changing?? Even with another Groupon, it's not likely I would work with Renee again. read more

I have to start by saying RENEE IS AMAZING! She welcomes you with such positive energy and you know everything will go well. She has her whole studio set up before you even get there and gives you so many choices. I am a first time mom and when I walked in with my newborn I was clueless as to what I wanted. Renee walked me through everything and made me feel so comfortable. She was gentle and patient with my baby girl and had such a great vision. My husband also asked to create an "unique" picture and she made it happen!!! After seeing how great she was we decided to buy the Baby plan package and went back for my daughters 6 month pictures. AGAIN, another great experience!! we had so much fun especially my daughter. Renee made her laugh and smile the whole time. It was perfect!! Her assistant was so helpful and on top of everything! Renee is an amazing photographer. Being the crazed first time mommy that I am, I have taken numerous professional photos with my baby girl in the last 15 months. None have been as good as Renee's. What makes her photos so great is that she listens to what you want and the style that you are going for. I also loved the props and costumes she had. My photos had a great vintage feel which was just what I was going for. She is also able to capture really great facial expressions. As a first time mom, I'm a little obsessed with having pictures taken of my daughter. We used Renee for our daughter's newborn photos and I was beyond thrilled with the results. She came to our house and was patient and understanding with our daughter who was rather cranky. And she stayed beyond the time that had been allotted, making sure that she got some really great shots. i believe Renee is the best baby and family photographer in town. From the business side, she is responsive to questions and always prompt in replying to my email. It was easy to schedule a time, although it is limited :) From photography technology, She took absolutely fabulous photos. This review is based only on the shoot, as I have not been back for the viewing of the photos or ordered prints yet. I bought a groupon for the newborn shoot and I also brought my 5 year old for some sibling shots. Renee has the best props I have seen at any photographers shoot. She goes out of her way to make sure the newborns are comfortable from the heated room to keeping babies on the same board not to disturb them to much. It takes a certain kindness and gentleness to shoot newborns and children, Renee nailed it!!!! read more

I would highly recommend Renne! I brought my newborn and 22 month old for pictures to be taken. The 22 month old was less than cooperative but Renne had patience and when i almost broke down in tears, Renne reassured me and everything ran smoothly.
