I had the pleasure of meeting Jeff, Ben, and the rest of the Everclean team on a Wednesday afternoon. They were so friendly and used those few moments of interaction to spread kindness and cleanliness! Jeff helped remove the residue of a left-over sticker on my windshield, and Ben provided all the necessities (towels, dashboard wipes, chair freshener) of a clean and fresh-smelling car. Previously, I visited this car wash during rush hours when it was extremely busy, and I had to wait about 20 minutes for a tunnel wash. This time, I went around 4 PM, and they truly took good care of my car. It was my first time trying the exterior tunnel wash for $10, but fortunately, I had the chance to experience the full service this time. First and foremost, the staff was polite and smiling throughout the entire encounter. They did not give me any attitude or speak negatively in Spanish when I pointed out some imperfections, such as visible dirt, dust, and debris left on the car after the wash. Upon my arrival, I learned that the basic car wash for a sedan costs $39 and takes up to 40 minutes. This is a reasonable price, and given that timeframe, I expected my car to be spotless. In contrast, other car washes have rushed my vehicle through in just 5 minutes, resulting in it coming out dirty and dusty. When I received my car, it was clean overall, but as a picky customer, I noticed some visible dust and debris. On the downside, I would prefer if they didn't place dirty rags on the car seats or reuse them to wipe the dashboards. The microfiber cloths they used left behind additional dust. Moreover, there was still some dust on the dashboard near the window that I had to clean off when I got home. Because of these issues, I give them 4 stars. Overall, I am very pleased with the service compared to other car wash locations. I will definitely return unless I find a better option.

I met Tony who had an opening in two days. I dropped off the car at 8am, and it was done by 1:00pm. My car is 14 years old and it has never looked so good. They were able to rub out a number of scratches and assorted marks on the paint. Wheels, tires, paint and glass all look amazing. I would highly recommend this business and plan on using them again in the future.

The Detailing: They blow out the interior with a compressor so all the little stuff that gets between the seats was out. They have a tire scrubber and they wipe down the rims. I saw at least 3 guys do the interior and they were quick but also efficient. They easily spent 15 minutes making my car look brand new. They cleaned the sunroof. I've never paid attention to whether or not they did it other places but this place does.

When I get the premium $12 hot wax, I am often asked if my 3 yr old car is new plus my car smells great! Vacuums work great & love the cleaning nozzles used as others install 'crevice' nozzles (only), no other choice. Crevice nozzles are good but take a long time to clean flat surfaces.
