When I walked in The younger man was counting the drawer he did not like his head or even acknowledge my presence but forfive minutes later and older gentleman came over and asked if I needed help I told him I needed a new battery. The battery that I asked for he told me that they were unable to do it because they would have to remove the grill and they did not have the right tools to install the battery. So I asked him if there were any other batteries that I could use if that didn't have to happen. He replied "no" there are none and he said it was against your policy to do that. I believe they did not want to do it because it was raining and I said they already had a drawer counted even though it was before closing time. If you are a woman I highly suggest do not go there they will blow you off and treat you disrespectfully as if you do not know what you were talking about or doing. If you want to go to a place that really cares about their customersGo to where I went when I left advanced auto parts go to O'Reillys down the road from this company. Everyone there is wonderful and will take the time to treat you like you are valuable and important to them. O'Reilly's gained a lifetime customer and I'm sure you will feel the same. If you go to O'Reilly's look for Tom he is the guy that saved me that night and took the time in the rain to install my battery!
