The third and final time I went in for services I left my car there & got really sick. I moved about two weeks later so obviously my address changed. I tried to keep in contact through phone but no one ever answered anymore like the first few times. I moved further away from that area so I couldn't just come to the shop normally as I usually would. Months later I see my car on sale at an auto lot. no calls back or anything after several voicemails even leaving my call back number I still received nothing.

The auto shop dry started the engine without pumping new engine fuel pump over. This caused the engine to run dry, and within 3 days I had a rod knocking. They took zero responsibility, was not willing to help, and denied what 3 other mechanic shops reported post fuel pump replacement. I am currently paying another shop J&K Automotive and they have been great. Do not take your vehicle here. Do not take your vehicle to Randy.
