I took the truck there. They did a horrible job. I went back, took it back, and they left it even worse. By the time I was telling the owner. The problem. The van starts shaking itself to pieces. We limp back towards El Paso reaching out to any tire shop, auto shop, body shop ANYBODY that might be open on the holiday. Dozens and dozens of calls later we finally find Pronto! Tiffany is absolutely terrific and offers to have her mechanic return to the shop to test drive the vehicle. Javier is very friendly and we jump in the car. I don't think we went a quarter mile before he pinpointed the problem - it was crazy. He knew what he was looking for before he even opened the door to go look for it. He then proceeded to crawl around until he had found a difficult to see bulge in the tire tread where the radial metal was coming apart below the rubber. We returned to the shop where he moved three vehicles out of the way to help me move my vehicle into the shop and then proceeded to put on a spare. He was very fast, efficient and super nice. Tiffany refused to take any $$. They gave that hour away for free and didn't charge me a cent! These are great people El Paso! The best. Make sure you support them.

Hence, there seems to be high need for craftsmanship that is necessary to work a dent this way. That said, these guys repaired a door dent I had on a leased car that was being returned. Reasonable price and I could not tell that there was dent the size of a half dollar when they were finished. Plus, they fixed it the same day I brought it to them. Great place - hopefully, I won't need to go back!! But if I need service like this again, I'll be back to Empire.

I was referred to this auto body shop by someone I know. I…read moream really happy that I did. I had my front bumper painted due to a bunch of rock chips and lots of wear and tear. I was told that after dropping off my bumper that the turn around time would be around 3 days. After speaking to Eddie as we discussed my truck's paint code, he went out of his way to educate me on the different shades of that paint code. I had no idea that there were different shades. We matched my truck's color the best we could. I dropped it off on a Wednesday and got it back by Friday. When I picked it up, I must say that they level of attention to detail and their workmanship really exceeded my expectations! They did a superb job and I am very happy.

Worst staff and service. I had a very disappointing experience with this shop. They kept my car for…read moresix weeks and no work was done at all. During that time I was given a loaner vehicle that was very old and in poor condition. I informed them three weeks in advance that the inspection sticker on the loaner car was about to expire. Despite several phone calls, no one seemed to know anything about it or take responsibility. Eventually I had to take time off work to get the loaner car inspected. Even more concerning, I continued to drive the loaner vehicle with an expired inspection sticker. After weeks of delays and poor communication, I finally decided to pick up my car and return their loaner. Overall, the lack of communication, responsibility, and customer service was extremely frustrating. Do not recommend at all.
