I have used Car Doctor exclusively for my car repairs for the past 9 years. I was referred to them by a coworker after a shop in MWC had replaced the AC condenser and it failed. Twice. Fortunately, I used to my NAPA Card for the repairs and this allowed me to transfer the repair to another shop. Mike Bailey and Brian Norman are fair, honest, and darn good mechanics. They do not suggest that you do work that isn't needed and I've never felt uncomfortable in the shop. read more

I brought my 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo, my treasured vehicle, to Car Doctor with a critical engine issue at 289,000 miles plus. After thorough consideration and conversations with Mike and Brian, I opted for full new-engine removal and replacement. Best decision I have made for my WJ in many years. I went to " fix" the A/C they told me it was the Evaporator which only cost around 100$, they charge me 468$ for the evaporator they got and for labor 1,400$ and the A/C is not working, I wanted to take legal actions, I didn't do it cause it would take much time, this is probably the real comment you'll read read more

Wow! My son has been bringing his SmartCar to this mechanic for years. Me? I always went to the dealer for my Chevrolet Malibu. Based on my son's recommendation I brought my car here for a simple oil change. 1st impression? The place is spotless! Clean taken to a new level. They have non-nonsense COVID-19 procedures in place. I'm in a vulnerable group and I LIKED it! The workmanship? Perfect. Even the oil gauge was reset to 100%. They inspected the entire vehicle. Better than that? They didn't try to 'sell' me a thing. Lastly-the cost? Exactly what they quoted which was comparable to the dealer. But-cleanliness, protection, workmanship & cost will have me returning to them for all my automotive needs in the future. read more

My brakes were pulling on my car but others thought it was something else and I was spending money on things that didn't need to be replaced. My brother told me about this place so I tried it. Yes, it's pricey but I have a 2 year warranty on the work performed. I recommended my mom and she took her car to be worked on as well. I've been taking one of my cars here since 2013. They always do a good job. What I really like, is how honest they are about what you need versus what you can wait on. Recently, took my car because it wanted to cut off whenever I stopped at a light. I took it in for servicing and they told me what needed to be done the same day. They finished labor in a day or two and now my car is running great!. read more

I already had came here once to get a hole re-threaded on my intake manifold since one of them were stripped but they got it done for a reasonable price, no other car shop offered this. Also had a troubling lean code that we could not figure out but they took their time and got to the root of it and finally it got resolved. I had great experiences both times I came to get my car and I will continue to come to these people. They know what they are doing. I highly highly highly recommend this place! read more
