LIARS & SCAMMERS If I could leave less than one star I would, I am not one to typically leave reviews. But I have never been treated with more disrespect in my entire life than I have with this company. DO NOT USE ANY OF THEIR SERVICES. One of their technicians came for a key replacement as a SPECIALIST. When he was finished, he got in his car & did not give me a rundown at all of what was going on other than rolling his window down and saying "sorry cant do it" as he was driving away. Fast forward finding my original keys & turning my car on. Their technician had completely wiped all of my data. All 9 modules on my vehicle came back FAILED. My CLUSTER RUINED. My gas gage BROKEN. My whole car is corrupted. I am at thousands now to MAYBE fix the damages. I have called MULTIPLE TIMES to get my work orders and the name of my technician, every single person on the call center is no help at all. I was told over 4 times I would be getting an email of my work order & a call back from management. They will lie straight through the phone and sound like they are being helpful. I had enough and called the next person I spoke with out and he laughed at me, spoke to me like I was an idiot & hung up on me. We recently bought a new used car and our key wouldn't lock or unlock our doors. So we wanted to get it fixed and get a fob installed in our car. We thought we had to replace the entire cylinder in the door which isn't something he could replace but Chris was so helpful and and said he would see what the problem was on top of programming a key fob to our car. He was able to find out that the problem was that our key we received was just warn down or not cut right. He solved the problem and saved us a trip to the mechanic! !!!!NOT A REAL COMPANY!!!!!! BE VERY CAUTIOUS!!!! Do Not use this company. First off, it is not even a real company. I came across their number on the internet. I needed to have a key made and have it programed. He came to my house, tried programing a remote but could not get it to work. He then offered me a key with no remote. I just needed a programed key so I agreed to have him program another none remote key. My car started, but the programing is still not working properly. I called the tech back, to explain the situation and see if he can come back and try to reprogram the key. His reply was take it to the dealership. So after paying $275, and 4 hours trying to locate the company I am left with a un programmed key, and a company that does not exist. Lesson learned, hopefully you guys wont get scammed as well. read more

If I could give zero stars that would be more accurate. Called this rip-off place to get a key fob because mine was broken. All is good until 5 months later, how convenient the 90 day warranty is up too, and the fob no longer works. Set a time up for the guy to come look at the remote and never shows up. Cowards!! Spent $300 to go back to square 1 now. Worst place ever. Dont waste your money here! They dont care about you, just your money! And the key fobs are a generic pieces of crap! Fall apart when you open it up to change the battery. SMH! Lesson learned! read more

Locksmith changed their price before doing job. Dispatcher told me &120.00 but the Technican changed it to $140.00 before he would do the job of making an key for our 2012 Ford Focus. I wouldn't recommend them they are not honest they do bait and switch and up sale when they get to the job. read more
