At first they offered to replace the key by offering me a $50 discount. Or waiting until whenever they need to order whatever it takes for them to "fix" a defective item from them. I work nights and rely on my door to be unlocked by the time I get in the car. To accuse me, a customer, of "abusing" a remote key is totally passing off the problem on the customer! I just want to have this problem resolved and the owner rectify and take pride in their business to the community by resolving this defective key because I "abuse" the use of it.
