Believe all the bad reviews that you see. I took my car in today for a wash. It cost 24.99, which I thought was fair. Except that they barely vacuumed and they didn't clean the console. I will say they did a good job on my tires. When I questioned why there was still things that needed to be vacuumed and why it still looked so dusty, I was told that I would have to have it detailed in order for them to vacuum better and to clean the interior. And that was going to cost over $100!! No thanks!! I can go to the drive through car wash, pay $9 and vacuum myself and do a better job than what I got!! This is the Worst wash and cleaning I've had since I can remember. This truck is two weeks old and came out looking like crap. I'm not one to take someone by the hand and tell them how to clean or what they missed. I can say this was my last trip for me and my family and we are a five car family. read more

Horrible work done on my car. I went in for a car wash, just a wash mind you, cost over 23.00 with tire upgrade. I had them vacuum twice because of all the spots they missed, windows were still dirty and streaked, and they didn't even bother to wipe down the console. I'll never come here again. They've changed mgmt or ownership and it's just awful now. Spend your time and cash elsewhere. read more

My car took awhile to get done (they were not busy); usually they are packed so I'm not looking forward to see how it is when flooded with people. So onto the service. Their prices are well within reason. That being said; I thought they did a phenomenal job. The rollers that touch your tires seem to protect the rims and seemed pretty well maintained as well. I agree the staff was incredibly nice and made you feel very welcome without being too pushy to upgrade to a different wash level. I was going to rate the location with 4-stars because it's bordering getting dated. But at the end if the day it needs to be about the overall service. Which in my opinion is one of the better car washes I've ever used. Not to mention I love that they use Meguiars products! I'll be back! read more

I came here to get my truck washed and I wasn't very happy with how it turned out. I asked to get my seats cleaned and my truck vacuumed. The seats were very greasy and sticky. They were sticky for at least a week, finally I washed them myself. They hardly vacuumed. I would not come here. Take you're money somewhere else. read more

My grandfather went here last year and got his car detailed. When he got his vehicle back his handmade pocket knife was missing. He went back and explained it was missing. Eventually one of the employees came forward. The kid got fired and apologized afterwards. Not good. read more

$169 to have the car detailed and it was a very poor job. The car actually gets cleaned better just going through the car wash. I had to point out several things that were not done. Hubcaps, dash, steering wheel, and numerous other things. After it was done (well sort of) the car was cleaner than when I took it in but I still spent the afternoon cleaning it. What a waste of money. I will never have a car detailed here again. I do not recommend using this service. read more

I paid $11 to get my interior vacuumed out. They seriously finished cleaning it our before we even got to pay for the service (which was a little fishy). It took a while before someone came up to the front to let us pay. When we went back to the car, it looked like they did a decent job, but upon further inspection we noticed they missed quite a few areas, and there were areas where it looked like they spray and meant to wipe down, but never wiped down... so it was still wet. I guess the price is okay, but they could spend a little more time on the interior for it to be worth it. read more

This place has scratched the interior of two cars I own. This last one was a brand new car I've not even had a month. I am pissed and will never go back. The outside of the car was washed just so-so with their oily hand prints all over. The car looked better dirty than after they got done with it. NEVER use this place! read more

I've been coming to this place for years. It does get a bit crowded at times, but it has recently had several changes..,not sure if it's owners or mgmt changes...it's way too slow. What used to take 30 min on a busy day has taken an hour the past two times we have been here. They have lost a loyal customer. read more

A full service car wash. I called around 3:00 to see how late they were open and was told 6:00 pm. I arrived around 5:15 and they were closed. I called again and asked if they were open and was told they closed early. It was cold, but no chance of rain. read more

Automatic wash charged my c.c. $10 for an $8 wash, and then didn't even work/start. Ripoff. Avoid.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I paid $30 for a wash to clean rims and tires, vacuum and wipe down inside and clean the windows and it turned out worse than if I paid $5 at a machine car wash; I noticed it when I got home. I asked for help with tar on the car, however I was informed it was going to cost more for this service. I understand their inability to remove the tar, however the rims were covered with dirt, the inside back seat had sand and dirt on it, the passenger side door was not cleaned and bumper still was shadowed with dirt. This was a high price to pay for mediocre service. Totally a mistake to go there!! Will not go back read more

I won't be going back. I could have done a better job running my jeep through a $3 car wash and using the free vacuums. Paid $22 for the wash, the interior wasn't wiped down, they never opened the back to vacuum or clean the rear interior side of the windows.. Other than the jeep had obviously been through the automated wash, I could not tell I had gotten it washed. read more

135.00 to detail a Ford CMAX?! The prices are outrageously expensive and the quality of the work is just eh... Still had dog hair and grass in the carpets and had stains on my ceiling that were not there before. I use to have a Mid size SUV that I would get detailed regularly, and never did I pay over $80.00! Can't get over how expensive this place was. Lesson learned, I'll go elsewhere next time. read more

Car Lovers is now Cactus Car Wash under new ownership & management, evidently A Good Thing by some recent reviews of Car Lovers. This morning, I got exemplary service on our van two days after a wash there. Last night a windshield wiper went ballstic in the rainstorm. We attributed it to handling at the car wash: we've used the wipers a lot in recent weeks to, well, wipe the windows to get the dirt off. I called first and when I got there at 8 a.m. The newly promoted G.M., Michael, was waiting outside to meet me. As in earlier reviews, he said he'd looked at the videos of our car going through and couldn't see a cause. Here's where my experience differs from that of others. Michael said he'd replace the wiper. He had me take it around back to their Lube Center to replace it. I also needed the van inspected. They do that. So far so good. Rummaging in my wallet for the insurance card, I came up with an expired one. Michael called the insurance company 800 number and had them fax a copy of my current card (I very much like Farmers Insurance, also). I settled into a chair in the small waiting area for a brisk snooze. But 20-minutes later Ruben, the Lube Center manager, walked in with my keys and a bill for the inspection. I'm gonna have a hard time finding any establishment that can match this level of excellent service. I don't expect to find one that exceeds it. Can't beat 'em for cheerful helpfulness. read more

I needed a quick car wash but I had important paperwork in the back seat. I specifically told the supervisor I wanted the front seat and floor boards only - stay out of back seat. Not only did they throw away an electronic key and receipts THE GUY ADMITTED IN FRONT OF TWO SUPERVISORS that he stole cash from my car. IT DIDN'T PHASE THE SUPERVISORS AT ALL. IT WAS AN ACCEPTABLE PRACTICE. I raised enough of a fit that when they found the trash can, I DUG MY VALUABLES OUT OF THEIR TRASH. These people are scum!!!! read more

Stay away from this place. Payed 149.00 for a detail and they did a horrible job! They didn't polish the wheels, they covered the entire interior in armor all. It was literally dripping wet. They did not wipe out the dirt on the floor or dash hardly at all, they simply sprayed it with armor all (it's a work truck so it has black rubber floor). Took 2 hours and 15 minutes. I will never go back there for anything. Could have done a better job myself in half the time frame. I will be sure to inform everyone I know to stay away from here. read more

(According to map this is at same location as Dutch brothers and is why I'm posting here.) Worst service ever!!! I wouldn't recommend getting your car washed here let alone buying a wash plan. They don't tell you till you cancel your plan you'll be charged another month. Mine said I had till 7/31 to wash and they told me not to come back when I got my car washed on 7/24 because I wasn't charged for he month of July. Showed the paper work with their signature on it that I was. There was even a couple in line that were complaining that their car had been there since 8:30 in the morning and were told their car would be ready at noon and it still wasn't ready at 2:30. The couple was told the day before they would get $5 off and had proof of this and the manager had already rung them up and hen said sorry there's nothing I can do about that now. The cashier is extremely rude, never once did I raise my voice and she got an attitude. She needs to work on her customer service skills. Thought about going to small claims court but I have better things to do with my time. My dad and I will be taking our 8 cars to the car wash off Bryant Irvin and the $3 wash off Clifford. There have been several other car washes at this location that haven't made it. With their craptacular customer service this one won't be open long either. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR WASHED HERE!!!!! I read the reviews and they weren't so great, but I have been there before a couple of years ago and was very pleased. Today I went there and will never go back. They pay absolutely no attention to detail. I was the first vehicle there and they said it would take about an hour and fifteen minutes for my interior detail and a wash and wax. Approximately 2 hours and fifteen minutes later they called me out and said I was done. But the tires weren't done yet, so they got on that. The rims were very dirty still and when I pointed that out, they just scrubbed the dirt off with a rag. The chrome grill was not touched either as I was making a difference with my finger and the guy said he would get it. I asked if this is what I should expect for $119.00. He said he would clean the chrome, but I shouldn't expect to have all the bugs removed. That made me pretty mad so I opened the door to find my floor mats rolled up on the seat. He said it was up to me to put those back when the carpet dried from the shampoo. I'm writing this five hours later and the carpets are still soaked. They didn't roll the windows down to wash them, and I know this because there is a one inch streak of dirt on the top of every window. The leather treatment on the seats is so thick that it is coming off onto our clothes. The wax job looks good in spots, but in other spots you can still see the wax streaks where it was not even buffed off. Go somewhere else or just do it yourself. For the same time and a tenth of the cost I could have done this at home. read more
